Inertia XL Sleeping Pad
The Inertia XL sleeping pad is seriously the comfiest one I've ever tried. You only need a few puffs to blow it up, and the hand pump makes it easy to get just the right amount of air. Even though it's super cozy, it rolls up really small, almost like a water bottle. I'm really impressed with how well-made and cool this product is, and I'm excited to get more of your gear for outdoor adventures!
Great products, fast shipping
I recently bought something and I was super impressed by how good it was. What I got was just like it was said on the website and it came really quickly - only took 2 days to get to me. The website was easy to use so ordering was a breeze. All in all, I had a really good time shopping and I'll definitely be back for more.
Sleeping pad
I just bought a sleeping pad for a camping trip and it was kind of a letdown. The pad kept losing air all night long, so I had to keep blowing it up which messed with my sleep. It was comfy and easy to inflate, but the air leaking was a huge problem. I only used it in my tent and didn't do anything rough with it, so I was surprised by the leaks. On the bright side, the pillow it came with was awesome and super comfy during my trip. But now I'm having trouble getting a replacement through the warranty process - I've been waiting a week for a RA number. Hopefully the replacement will be better and give me a smoother camping experience next time.
Faulty Sleeping Pad Purchase
Hey folks, I just wanted to give you a heads up about my experience with this company. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Their customer service is seriously awful, and the product I got was total garbage. It took forever for the sleeping pad to even show up, and then it wouldn't stay inflated. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company. Trust me, you don't want to deal with the same headache I did. Just a friendly tip - learn from my mistake and find a better option.
V2 pads from a retailer
I just bought some V2 pads from a well-known store. One of the pads I got doesn't hold air like it should. I tried to get it fixed under warranty, but they said I had to pay for shipping to send it back. I was annoyed with that, so I just took it back to the store. Dealing with this whole thing took a bunch of emails and ended up being a total waste of time.
Sleeping pad purchase
I bought a sleeping pad, eh, but it didn't hold air. I sent it back for a replacement because of the lifetime guarantee, but it's taking forever and I haven't heard back from them at all. Where are my updates, eh? I emailed, called, used the RMA portal, and even tweeted at them, but still nothing. Can someone please help me out here, eh?
