CommunicationI bought a sleeping pad, eh, but it didn't hold air. I sent it back for a replacement because of the lifetime guarantee, but it's taking forever and I haven't heard back from them at all. Where are my updates, eh? I emailed, called, used the RMA portal, and even tweeted at them, but still nothing. Can someone please help me out here, eh?
