Sound Bar
I'm really bummed out that my Sound Bar's bluetooth stopped working after just a year. I tried to contact customer service for help, but they were no help at all. I thought about getting a refurbished system or some outdoor speakers for my pool, but the lack of support and reliability from this company has pushed me to switch to a more trustworthy brand like Bose.
Warranty replacement speakers
I was so impressed with how they treated me when I had trouble with my warranty replacement speakers. They didn't have the parts for my old speakers, but they went out of their way to give me new ones that were even better. Everything went really smoothly and it was no trouble at all. I left feeling super satisfied and now I'll definitely be thinking about this brand when I need new speakers.
Bad experience with FedEx
My experience with ordering from this company was not great because they used FedEx for shipping. I was hoping to get my order in time for Christmas, but FedEx wouldn't deliver it because of a problem with another package that needed my driver's license to be scanned. I was so mad and disappointed. And the customer service couldn't help me, which made things even worse. So, I just canceled my order. I had to rush to Best Buy to buy something for the holidays because it was too late to order online. FedEx wouldn't even leave my package on my porch, even though I didn't need to sign or show ID. That was the last straw for me. I won't be ordering from this company again if they keep using FedEx.
High-end home theatre system
Oh man, it was a complete disaster dealing with this company! I dropped over a thousand bucks on a full home theatre system, and then my subwoofer needed fixing. So when I went to the stereo repair shop for help, they asked for a schematic from the company. I reached out to Polk, and they straight up refused to help because I didn't have the original receipt. Their customer service and support were just awful. I'd say steer clear of this brand at all costs.

Polk assist speakers
As a customer who uses Polk Assist speakers, I am really disappointed to say that the product doesn't play BBC radio anymore. Many frustrated customers have talked about this problem in online forums. It's really discouraging to see that even with all these complaints, the customer service from the company is not helpful and dismissive. It took a whole six weeks for them to respond, just to say that there's nothing they can do about it. As a consumer, this lack of support and solution is really frustrating and makes the company look bad in terms of customer satisfaction.
Soundbar issue
The soundbar I bought started sounding all muffled and distorted about a year after I got it. I was pretty bummed out 'cause I had really big expectations for it. This company always wows me with their amazing customer service. I've had to get my remote replaced twice now, and both times they came through just like they said they would, no problem. I really do love this product and appreciate their quick help. Thanks again, so much.

I bought two smart speakers not too long ago and I'm having some trouble with them. They're having a hard time playing certain stations like BBC, and they're struggling to connect to the Google Home app. To be honest, I'm not happy with how they're working and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone else.

Just got myself a new soundbar that apparently has an Auto Standby feature, but guess what? It ain't working. When I tried to contact customer service at Polk Audio, I didn't get any response. Save your money, don't bother with this product.

They worked really well for a couple of years, connecting smoothly with my other gadgets and sounding great. But then, they stopped getting updates out of the blue because of some memory issues. I called customer service for help, and all they said was that the speakers were too "old" for them to do anything. It's just so frustrating that they planned it this way, making products that work perfectly fine become useless in no time. I don't want to be part of this culture where good stuff is thrown away so easily. Just doesn't seem right.
