Vestiaire Collective really impressed me with their amazing customer service. I was so surprised by how simple it was to place an order, and I loved that they care about sustainable fashion. Offering warranties for both sellers and buyers really makes them stand out from the rest. I'm a big fan now and I'll definitely be shopping here again!

Hey everyone, I have to warn you to stay away from this company. I recently bought a Cricut Joy from their website and it has been a total nightmare. The product was supposed to be coming from Belgium, but it's still stuck there after three weeks! I've called customer service four times, and each time I was on the phone for almost three hours. They first gave me a DHL tracking number, but later on, they gave me a new one and said the item was delivered to some random address in Paris instead of my place in Inverness. I got so fed up with all of this that I asked for a refund, but now they're saying it'll take 7 to 10 working days to process. What a disaster of an experience!
