Vinyl cutting machine
I just had a problem with my vinyl cutting machine ripping up the vinyl. So, I decided to reach out to customer service for help. They were super helpful and got back to me right away. They asked me to send them a video of what was going on, and I did that without delay. After they checked out the video, they figured out that I needed a new machine. They didn't just order a replacement for me, though. They also went the extra mile by sending me two boxes of ruined vinyl that got messed up because of the old machine. The new machine showed up in just 3 days, and I'm really happy with how well they took care of me.
Cricut software upgrade
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, and I decided to upgrade my Cricut software to step up my crafting game. But, to my surprise, the new software ended up making both of my machines useless. I tried to figure out a solution, but I was told that my only choice was to buy a new desktop or laptop because my current operating system wasn't compatible. It's frustrating that there wasn't another option or a way to go back to the old software. Now I'm stuck with two useless machines that I'll have to toss.

As a former owner of a sign and graphics company, I had my doubts about its professional capabilities, but boy was I wrong, eh! This machine surpassed all my expectations and made me look like a design pro, eh. The precision and versatility of the Cricut Explore 3 is unmatched, especially when it comes to creating stickers, eh. I wish I had this tool before I retired, it would have revolutionized my business, eh!
Awesome machine
Eh, this machine is so awesome, y'know! I just got it, and I can't stop makin' all kinds of crafts with it. It's like magic how it cuts out shapes and letters for me, eh? 4-year-old Cricut Maker malfunction
My Cricut Maker, eh, which I've had for almost 4 years, started acting up. The rubber rollers got all wonky, eh, so the bar wasn't rolling right and I couldn't load materials or mats. When I reached out to customer service, they admitted it was a defect but instead of offering to fix or replace it, they just said I should buy a new one. I asked to talk to someone higher up, but they said they would call me back and never did. So now I'm looking at other options for a new machine and buying materials from different brands from now on.
recent purchase, potential issues
I recently bought a gadget and have run into some problems. The gadget I got seems to have parts that are worn out, specifically the rubber wheels that are needed for feeding materials. On top of that, there's no option for replacement services nearby, so I have to try to fix the machine myself by taking it apart. It's disappointing to find out that the gadget is basically disposable, since even parts that wear out can't be fixed. Even though the gadget works fine otherwise, the fact that I might have to buy a whole new one because of this issue is frustrating. I have to say, I was initially drawn in by the product's marketing, but the device's reliability has definitely been a letdown.
New update making it difficult to add text on MacBook
So I was really pumped to use my Cricut on my MacBook, but after the new update, I can't add any text because of some apostrophe problem. It's really annoying because now I'm missing out on orders since I can't personalize things like I used to. Can you please fix this issue?
Broken machine after minimal use
The folks over at customer service were tough to talk to, you know? Felt like they were just reading off a piece of paper and not really listening. Instead of fixing my old machine, they just gave me a discount code for a new one.
Faulty product, expensive return
They sent me a faulty product and made me pay to return it, even after trying everything to make it work. They gave me a $25 coupon that expired within 2 weeks without letting me know. Horrible customer service, the worst, eh!
Bundle (wrong stuff sent)
My order got all mixed up, they sent me the wrong bundle with my machine! I tried reaching out for help but their customer service was a total joke. No one replied to my messages or calls. And to make matters worse, they ended up overcharging me! I had to open a PayPal dispute just to get everything straightened out. It was so frustrating!
Faulty Mug Press
I bought a mug press from this company and it crapped out on me after about 2 years of use. It was working fine before, but one day, it just wouldn't heat up when I tried to use it again. I checked with a Facebook group and found out that other people had the same problem with this product. I reached out to customer support, but they wouldn't replace it. So now, I'm on the hunt for a new brand that actually stands behind their products and offers better support.
Cricut Joy
Hey everyone, I have to warn you to stay away from this company. I recently bought a Cricut Joy from their website and it has been a total nightmare. The product was supposed to be coming from Belgium, but it's still stuck there after three weeks! I've called customer service four times, and each time I was on the phone for almost three hours. They first gave me a DHL tracking number, but later on, they gave me a new one and said the item was delivered to some random address in Paris instead of my place in Inverness. I got so fed up with all of this that I asked for a refund, but now they're saying it'll take 7 to 10 working days to process. What a disaster of an experience!
Defective products, poor customer service
Unfortunately, I recently bought a machine that turned out to be defective as soon as I opened the box. Even though I hadn't even used it yet, the machine was unusable, and the customer service response was very disappointing. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with a product from this company, so I was even more let down. Trying to get help to fix or replace the faulty product was really tough, and it made me feel like the brand wasn't taking my concerns seriously. Faulty Cricut EasyPress 3
Unfortunately, my experience with the Cricut EasyPress 3 was not great. When I got it, I found out it was broken. I contacted customer service for help, but it was frustrating. They wanted me to send lots of photos and videos of the problem, which I did. But then they closed my tickets without fixing anything. I tried to get a refund through another tool, but Cricut's rules stopped me from getting my money back like I should under UK law. Their return policy is strict and not clear for customers. They only let you replace or return things if they are not broken. I thought Cricut's customer support was not good and I was disappointed they wouldn't give me a refund for a broken product.
Cricut maker 3 purchase
I got the Cricut maker 3 and it was awesome at the start! I was making all kinds of cool crafts and projects with it. But then something messed up and I couldn't find any help since there's no support in Canada! It's just sitting there gathering dust and I'm really bummed because I used my allowance on it. Now it's basically a fancy paperweight. I wish I could bring it back and get a refund, but I guess that's not going to happen.
Purchase of software subscription
I bought a software subscription not too long ago and I've been having a bit of trouble getting a VAT invoice for it. It took a few tries and some waiting, but I finally got a document. The problem is, there were mistakes in the math and the total value was less than what I paid. And now, when I've tried to follow up on this through emails, I haven't received any responses. The autoresponder says the case is closed and tells me to join a long chat queue for help. On top of all that, I found out that I need to pay a monthly subscription to use all the features of the software. All of this has made me really regret getting this product.
