Returns & RefundsThey sent me a faulty product and made me pay to return it, even after trying everything to make it work. They gave me a $25 coupon that expired within 2 weeks without letting me know. Horrible customer service, the worst, eh!

Returns & RefundsUnfortunately, my experience with the Cricut EasyPress 3 was not great. When I got it, I found out it was broken. I contacted customer service for help, but it was frustrating. They wanted me to send lots of photos and videos of the problem, which I did. But then they closed my tickets without fixing anything. I tried to get a refund through another tool, but Cricut's rules stopped me from getting my money back like I should under UK law. Their return policy is strict and not clear for customers. They only let you replace or return things if they are not broken. I thought Cricut's customer support was not good and I was disappointed they wouldn't give me a refund for a broken product.
