CommunicationI bought a software subscription not too long ago and I've been having a bit of trouble getting a VAT invoice for it. It took a few tries and some waiting, but I finally got a document. The problem is, there were mistakes in the math and the total value was less than what I paid. And now, when I've tried to follow up on this through emails, I haven't received any responses. The autoresponder says the case is closed and tells me to join a long chat queue for help. On top of all that, I found out that I need to pay a monthly subscription to use all the features of the software. All of this has made me really regret getting this product.
