Shirt for my niece
I just bought a shirt for my niece from the store and let me tell you, I am super happy with how good it is. It fits her just right and she really likes it. I wrote to customer service in Wilmslow and they quickly replied, telling me to contact Mr. Williams, an Italian detailer who also happened to be a Welsh rugby player that played for Parma rugby. Dealing with Mr. Williams was a cool and special experience that made my purchase more personal.

I picked this up for my great nephew who is 8 years old, but on the smaller side. I got him a size 7/8 and it fit him just right. He really enjoyed it! The product came in fast and I would definitely recommend it.

Vintage-inspired sportswear
I just bought some sportswear from this brand that's all about vintage vibes, and let me tell you, the 90s look is so in right now! This brand totally gets it right. Their British-made pieces are classic and everlasting, and their classic styles are always a win. But I do wish they offered more sizes to include everyone. It would be awesome to see them bring back more iconic styles from their archives too.
Tocco 2 Pro AG boots
The whole buying and receiving process was super easy and smooth. The boots looked really cool and the k-leather was soft and high quality. But, gotta say, I was kinda let down by the product. The heel and collar were way too loose, the boots felt heavy, the insole was slippery, and the sole was just too stiff. In the end, I decided to return the order because of all these issues.

I was able to snag that Ipswich black shirt in Medium that everyone was looking for, eh. It was discontinued at first, but then they brought it back. Order placed and paid for
I recently ordered something that was super important to me. I was really looking forward to getting it, but then my order got cancelled a few days later. I got an email saying that the item was no longer in stock. I was pretty bummed out and felt kind of let down by the whole situation. I wish they had let me know earlier if the product wasn't available before I bought it.
Late delivery of order
I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. I ordered on May 14th and it's already the 30th, but still no sign of my parcel. This is just not okay, especially from a big company like this. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times, but haven't gotten a good answer. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
Three separate orders for multiple items
My experience with Umbro has been really disappointing. I made three separate orders, each with three items. The first one was fine, no problems there. But the second order came with a code for free socks worth £12, which didn't work when I tried to use it. I emailed Umbro right away to ask for help or for them to send me the socks, but no one got back to me. The items did arrive eventually, but the lack of communication was so frustrating. Then for my third order, once again with three items, I had more problems. Umbro told me within two days that one item was out of stock and gave me a partial refund. The next day, they refunded the other two items for the same reason. It's so frustrating that they let me order things that aren't even available. Overall, my experience with Umbro has been pretty bad and I still haven't gotten those free socks they promised.
Football jersey
I ordered a football jersey from your store, but I still haven't received it. I've tried contacting you a few times to sort this out, but I haven't heard back. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and bad service from your company.
Top sizing inconsistency
The delivery took forever, seems like forever to me hehe, over a week which is so slow nowadays. I usually wear XL but this T-shirt fits just right, while the base layer and sweatshirt are huge on me. Gonna send them back today and not too happy about the $6.20 return charge, bummer!
