    Kids England tops

    I'm still waiting for my kids' England jerseys after so many delays and terrible communication from the company. They told me I'd get them within a week, but then said they gave them to other customers. Customer service wasn't helpful at all and couldn't tell me when I'd actually get them. My kids are bummed out and I'm annoyed as a parent.

    The England shirt I bought from your store was pretty good quality, but I was kinda let down by the sleeves. They were way too long and wide, which made it awkward to wear. Also, when I asked about returning or exchanging it, the customer service was not that great. They said I had to pay £6.20 for the return and it was all on me.

    Faulty England top

    I got a England top from this company, and man, the quality was terrible. The material was so cheap and thin, plus the size was totally wrong. I tried to send it back by emailing customer service, but I still haven't heard anything back. It's really annoying to deal with a company that doesn't seem to give a darn about their customers.

    I ordered something on May 1st and was expecting it within a week. It's now the 21st and still no sign of it. When I asked about my order, they said it was delayed. They offered a discount and promised it in 7 days, but it's still not here. I'm not happy with the lack of communication about the delivery. I think one star is fair.     Rugby jersey purchase

    At first, I was really let down by my purchase from Kitbag. I had ordered a rugby pro jersey, but they ended up sending me a replica jersey that was lower in quality. It was not only the wrong jersey that arrived, but I also had to fork out £6.20 for the return postage because of their mistake, which I thought was just not right. I felt kind of deceived and annoyed, especially since I had written a glowing review earlier. But, when I got in touch with their customer service team, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they resolved the issue. They refunded the return postage fee and sent the correct jersey right away. I have to hand it to them for handling the situation so efficiently and turning my bad experience around into a good one.

    I bought two England tops for my kids from this company not long ago. The quality of the tops was really bad, which was a letdown. And when I tried to return them on the website, I was surprised to see that the return fee was way higher than the delivery fee. It was sent out on Monday around noon and I got it at 11 am on Wednesday. The kits seem to be good quality and I haven't had any issues so far. I think some of the negative reviews might be from people who expect their stuff to arrive super fast. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to order from this store again.

    Hat, shirt, and return

    I ordered a hat and a shirt online, but they both showed up late even though I shelled out extra for next day delivery. The hat was all messed up, with some stains on it and damage. What's worse, the shirt was the wrong size - I asked for a 2XL but they sent me an XL instead! And now I have to spend more money to send them back, costing me an extra 6.20 on top of the 8.95 + 99p I already paid for delivery. That's a whopping total of 88.14 coming out of my wallet! It's been 14 days and I've still got no refund of 72, so I'm looking at being down 16.14 just from this whole debacle!

    Ordered 6 tops, one infant kit, and a car air freshener

    I placed an order back on April 24th for 6 tops, an infant kit, and a car air freshener. I got the air freshener, but the rest of my order is still missing. I've tried contacting through email multiple times with no response, so I don't know when I'll get my stuff. It was supposed to be birthday gifts, one due on the 10th of May and the other on the 24th. Last I heard was on May 6th, saying my order was delayed. I'm disappointed with the lack of updates and communication, especially since I've had good experiences before.
