I ordered some microfiber cleaning cloths two months ago and I still haven't received them. I've emailed customer service twice but haven't heard back from them. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in getting my order.

I really liked the ink cartridges I got from this store for my printer. They work really well and my prints come out looking great. The only thing is sometimes they run out of ink really quickly, and that's kind of annoying. I'm thinking I might give a different brand a try next time.

My time at the car rental place was pretty good overall. I had to wait a bit at first to talk to someone, but I think it's because their prices are really good. The Osaka bed itself is pretty nice but I was super disappointed with the color. I ordered it in Cream but it ended up looking more gray than the Cream I was expecting. I just used the tax preparation services and I gotta say, I wasn't happy with how it went down. The person doing my taxes, Debbie, didn't give us the right info on how we could pay the government. We agreed to do it a certain way, but Debbie went ahead and sent our banking info to the IRS without telling us. They took money from our account without asking. When I saw the transaction, I called my bank right away. It ain't right to break our trust like that and ignore what we wanted. I suggest being careful if you're thinking about using their services.

I bought an exersaucer and it was a total letdown. Initially, one piece didn't fit properly and had to be swapped out by customer service. Then another piece broke off while my 5-month-old was playing with it. The exersaucer is really low quality and not safe for kids. I'm very unhappy with this product and recommend avoiding it.
