So I just bought a yoga mat from this company and honestly, I was super let down by the quality. The grip on the mat was basically non-existent, which made it really tough to hold poses during my practice. People had said good things about this brand, but my experience didn't match up with those positive reviews. I'd suggest checking out other brands for a better quality yoga mat.

The customer service from the staff was really great. They got back to me right away and were super friendly. The Mat towels were a bit expensive in my opinion, so that's why I gave it 4 stars. Also, there was a little problem with some items not showing as out of stock when I bought them, but then I got an email saying they actually were out of stock. It was a bit annoying, but I think it's important to be honest in my review.

So, I bought this mat thinking I'd be all professional at doing yoga, but nope. Couldn't even hold a downward dog without slipping and sliding all over the place. Tried to return it, and they hit me with the "sorry, pal, no returns from the UK" line. Unbelievable! Discriminationnnnnn!

I just picked up the Manduka Pro Yoga Mat while it was on sale, eh. But when I got it, there was a big crease on the back that nobody told me about. The PVC material had some gross film on it, so I had to sprinkle salt on it and let it sit for a day to "break it in." I had to do this a bunch of times, which was a real pain, let me tell ya. I think a fancy mat like this should be good to go right out of the box without all that work. And don't even get me started on trying to return it - customer service was no help at all, and I had to send a bunch of emails with no replies.

The yoga mats and travel mat from this company are amazing! Personally, I love using the Pro Lite mat because it has great grip and is light enough to bring with me wherever I go. Recently bought a travel mat as well, and it's a fantastic addition to my collection - super happy with how it performs.

What a joke, eh? I ordered some yoga mats, and what do I get? A cheap knock-off baseball cap! Can you believe it? So, I call up customer service, and what do they do? Try to blame it on a mix-up and only offer me a partial refund. Luckily, my bank was able to help me get my money back, minus a little fee.

I got a yoga mat from the sale section, thinking it was a good deal for a nice one. But when it came, there was a big hole in it. I contacted customer service, and they said it was an "Almost Perfect" item. That didn't sit right with me - if it's almost perfect, it shouldn't be on sale. Returning the mat and getting a new one was a hassle and waste of time. I had to pay for the return shipping and then buy another mat, which should have been good quality from the start. The replacement mat wasn't what I hoped for either - it was slippery during my workouts. The whole experience, along with the unhelpful customer service, was really disappointing. I won't be recommending this company to anyone.

I just made a purchase for international shipping and it didn't go well. I ended up getting hit with an extra $25 for shipping and then had to fork over $75 for import taxes from the shipping company. All in all, I ended up paying twice as much for the products, which really sucked. To make matters worse, I can't even get back the 20% VAT I paid on the product in Switzerland.
