CommunicationI just picked up the Manduka Pro Yoga Mat while it was on sale, eh. But when I got it, there was a big crease on the back that nobody told me about. The PVC material had some gross film on it, so I had to sprinkle salt on it and let it sit for a day to "break it in." I had to do this a bunch of times, which was a real pain, let me tell ya. I think a fancy mat like this should be good to go right out of the box without all that work. And don't even get me started on trying to return it - customer service was no help at all, and I had to send a bunch of emails with no replies.
