I recently bought a sectional sofa from this store, even though I saw some not-so-great reviews. And let me tell you, I really wish I hadn't. The sofa fabric is so cheap, it looks like it'll fall apart in no time. And on top of that, one part of the sofa came with a broken wood support and a completely unstitched armrest. We reached out to customer service with lots of pictures to show the damage, but they wouldn't take it back or replace the broken part. Their customer service is just not up to par and it's left me feeling really disappointed. And the poor quality fabric is a big concern. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from this store again.

Osaka bed in Cream
The Osaka bed itself is pretty nice but I was super disappointed with the color. I ordered it in Cream but it ended up looking more gray than the Cream I was expecting. It really messed up the vibe I wanted for my bedroom. At first, I thought maybe they sent me the wrong color by accident because there is a similar gray option for this bed, but after checking further, it was definitely supposed to be Cream. Sadly, by the time I got comfortable in my new place and noticed the mistake, it was too late to send it back.
Uncomfortable sofa
I bought a couch from this company not long ago, and it's been quite the ordeal. The couch is super uncomfortable, and the parts don't even fit together properly, there's big gaps everywhere. I wanted to return it, but getting it picked up has been a total mess. The customer service has been no help at all. They won't give me my money back until they get the couch back, and they're not in a rush to do that. It's been a real headache and I'm really let down by the whole thing.
Beautiful modern design, poor quality
I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the product. It looked really nice when I first got it, but after just a few months, it started to look really worn out and cheap. Considering how much I paid for it, I was expecting way better quality materials. Even my old, cheaper couch from a different store had better material quality.
Misleading product description
I just bought something from this store and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The bed frame I ordered was supposed to be cream, but when it arrived, it was a completely different light grey color. How can they say it's one thing and then send something totally different? It's false advertising at its worst. And to make matters worse, when I contacted customer service to complain about this obvious mistake, they didn't do anything to fix it. So disappointing.
Grey Oksana bed
I ordered the grey Oksana bed thinking it would be more of a cream color, but it ended up being a light grey. I'm really disappointed because it doesn't go with my room at all. They should really update their website with the accurate colors, now everyone is confused. I should have done more research before jumping into buying it.
Osaka bed purchase
The collection in this store is really special. I bought the Osaka bed and I love it. The design, size, and shape of the bed are just right for my bedroom. Buying it was simple, delivery was smooth, and setting it up was easy. Only thing is, the fabric was supposed to be cream but it's more like a dove grey. It's not a big deal, but I wish the description was more accurate.
