Return and exchange of Black Friday order for correct size before Christmas
I ordered during Black Friday at first but got the wrong size. I reached out to customer service and they were really helpful in sorting out my return and giving me a new discount for the right size. I was shocked that they managed to exchange it and get it to me in time for Christmas. Awesome service all around, eh!

Too big cami
I bought this cami, but it was way too big even though I measured myself and followed their size guide. The return process is a pain, and they don't do international exchanges. Customer service was slow and not very helpful. They even tried to make me doubt my own measurements. They only update their website info when they get caught. What a scam! Also, they delay posting reviews they don't like. They also keep increasing the prices on items in my cart when I'm about to buy them. Such a sketchy business, better to avoid it!
