Reversible jacket
I just had to get in touch with customer service about my reversible jacket. It's been 5-6 years old, but I didn't wear it much and now the lamination is starting to peel off. I didn't have high hopes because of how old the jacket was, but I was pleasantly surprised when they asked me to send it in and offered me a brand new replacement. They even let me exchange it for a different size. I've had good experiences with this company before. Their clothes are really great quality, and their customer service is honestly the best I've ever seen. It's worth spending the money when you know you'll be taken care of if something goes wrong with your purchase.
Power Houdi sweaters
I've always loved my Power Houdi sweaters - they're top-notch quality. They stay looking great wash after wash, no pilling, keeps their shape, you name it. Yeah, they're a bit pricey, but totally worth every penny. However, when I bought some pants made from the same material, not the same story. Super comfy, but they started pilling after one wear! Since they were expensive, I went back to the store to make a complaint. Houdini didn't waste any time - they reached out, asked for the pants back, and quickly sent me a new pair. Their customer service is on point, just like their reputation for top-notch gear. Two thumbs up for Houdini!
Winter jacket
Winter jackets are totally awesome, but I can't stand it when they're not made with sustainable materials. Good thing Houdini's jackets are super eco-friendly, which is just fantastic! Being able to look trendy and help the environment at the same time is the best combo. I recently got one of their parkas and oh boy, it's so cozy - perfect for surviving the Canadian winter. The quality is really decent, maybe not top-notch but definitely worth the cost. I really admire that they prioritize sustainability, it truly makes them stand out from other brands.
Surpass Shell Pants
I got amazing help and free shipping with my Surpass Shell Pants order. Sadly, they didn't pass the moisture test, but the customer service team quickly sent me a new pair, saving my upcoming Ultra race and my wallet. I've never had better support from any company before, and I'll definitely be buying all my clothes from them going forward.

They're so awesome at assisting me with anything I need! Their products are top-notch and last forever. If anything goes wrong, just give them a shout and they'll take care of it without any issues. Absolutely fantastic! I'm thrilled and completely satisfied!
Power houdini purchase
Total nightmare buying and returning my power houdini last November. Had to return it earlier this year because it didn't fit. Last month got a notice saying delivery failed, package sent back, carrier got rid of it cause I was on vacation. Followed all the return steps, but no one collected it and I still didn't get my refund or credit. It was just such a terrible experience.
