Laundry-day surprise
Laundry-day surprise
Tried it on, breathed out — good value, could be softer.
Actually really helpful
Actually really helpful
Was kind of skeptical, Kai actually fixed my blender quickly, now I use it daily.
Worked out after a hiccup
Worked out after a hiccup
Saw it on a community board and told my sister to try it; return portal glitched at first, I emailed a bunch, then customer service called and fixed it — delivery came fast, so pretty relieved and happy
Order ghosted me
Order ghosted me
Saw these limited Burton Mine77 bindings on the shop site after a buddy flagged them. Confirmed order, got a confirmation then an out‑of‑stock email and no charge. Kinda annoyed — saved from refund hassle but still really disappointed.
Surprisingly handy

Short version — actually pretty good. Ordering was quick and easy, and delivery arrived on time. Support is WhatsApp/text-only so it's not for phone people; occasionally they take a while, but overall still beats other places I've used, for sure.
Small refund, big relief
Small refund, big relief
I started using their WhatsApp on Aug 26 and at first I was sceptical, but when they messaged back and said the refund was processed I actually relaxed — it popped into my account shortly after. Felt weirdly relieved, pleasantly surprised.
Cold commute, warm gloves
Cold commute, warm gloves
I needed these gloves for a weekend ski trip — had bad gloves before, so I was picky. Tracking emailed saying "delivered" but there was nothing at my door, not even a note. I reached out three times and heard nothing back, which was annoying and made me think the worst. Eventually they did show up, no idea how, and the gloves are actually warm and solid. Service needs work, but product ok for real.
Refund showed up, eventually
Refund showed up, eventually
In short, I got my refund finally, but it was a hassle. Ordered a jacket, a gift for my sister before Christmas because my old one died on a camping trip. No reply for ages, returned it and tracking shows Burton got it on Dec 23, yet refund took forever. Credit showed up eventually, so relieved and grateful, just slow and annoying.
Late but fixed
Late but fixed
I ordered three pairs of shorts mid-September and at first only one showed up, which was annoying. I took photos, emailed and waited a few days, assumed they'd ghost me, but after about a week I finally got a reply and the other two were shipped. Slow for sure, but at least they fixed it. First impression was frustration, then relief — glad it ended up sorted even if it took time.
Refund ghosted
Refund ghosted
I first saw them on a friend’s Instagram and even told my sister to try them. Sent some stuff back, got an email saying they’d received it so I figured sorted — then £160 never showed up. At first someone said they’d look into it and even replied quickly, then total silence. Delivery of the return was fine, shockingly, but customer service just dropped off and it’s really annoying.
Left waiting
Left waiting
I ordered a snowboard jacket after a buddy suggested the site. Saw it on their page and was excited. Weeks later the tracking is stuck on "warehouse scan" and nothing moves. I tried cancelling but the option isn't available, and customer support hasn't helped much. It's frustrating — I just want my money back or the jacket. Little disappointed, felt ignored and a bit anxious. Maybe it's a glitch, maybe poor logistics — either way I'll be careful next time.

redeeming it was simple and checkout accepted it right away, so I used it same day. Moral: double-check options, but don’t freak out — it can work out.
Long-time customer, mixed feelings
Long-time customer, mixed feelings
I hesitated before ordering this time — had them on my list for years, but their support made me think twice. I split an order into two parcels at the same post office and got a full refund for one parcel. The second parcel came without an item and customer service shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. I started using the stuff; the gear itself is decent, fits and performs, though it's not flawless. Overall frustrated, but not ready to quit.
Refund mix-up after decent jacket
Refund mix-up after decent jacket
I returned the jacket on July 9. It actually felt well made, cosy, not flimsy — I liked it, which is why the refund confusion is irritating. I got vouchers by email for £152, then after back-and-forth emails on Aug 23 they confirmed a total refund of £222. With the promised 10% uplift that should add about £22, so vouchers ought to total £244. In the past refunds went back the same way I paid, so please sort the missing balance — I don’t want more delays.
Saved my Monday
Saved my Monday
I first saw this on a local Facebook buy-and-sell group when my sister sent me the link, and I figured I'd try it for a school outfit. The moment I knew I was happy was when I got a call saying they'd fixed the mix-up and a replacement arrived the next morning — exactly when I needed it for Monday. I told a couple friends at drop-off, they laughed and I said honestly it's worth it, saved my day. The packaging looked fine, fits like photos, and the staff actually followed up, which was a relief. I'm pretty grateful they handled it without drama; won me over. Will recommend to the other parents who keep asking. No regrets, really, worth the try.
Kept one, sent one back — what a ride
Kept one, sent one back — what a ride
I was halfway down the street when I realized I'd ordered two sizes of the same jacket — classic. I was uneasy before ordering, lots of stories about refunds taking ages, so I watched the whole thing. Ended up keeping one and returning the other after a few days. I wear the keeper all the time — commuting, quick grocery runs, walking the dog — it fits my daily stuff. The return was clunky though. Dates kept changing and I had to prod customer service a couple times, which was annoying. After about three weeks and a few emails the refund finally hit my card. Not ideal timing, but relieved it did get sorted in the end.
Returned parcel vanished, customer contact a mess
Returned parcel vanished, customer contact a mess
I sent an item back because the size was all wrong and I was in the middle of a move, so I needed a refund fast. The courier seems to have lost it — no updates after April — but honestly the worst bit was trying to get hold of Burton. The email on their site bounced and their contact page only points to WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. No phone number, no working email. That made everything drag on and I had to get my bank involved to get the money back. The bank was helpful, thankfully, but this whole thing cost me time and patience. If you want a straightforward return with actual people to talk to, be warned.
Broken refund loop
Broken refund loop
Funny thing, this whole mess started because my old mattress gave out and my back was killing me, so I needed a replacement fast. Ordering was easy enough. The new one didn’t fit so I returned it. They suggested a gift card to speed the refund and I agreed since I was going to reorder the same thing. I got one card for CAD 70 and used it, but then a second card was invalid or never worked — long story short I ended up paying about CAD 25 more out of pocket. Trying to reach them was a nightmare. Email, WhatsApp, messenger — crickets for days. Eventually they sorted it, sort of, but the delay cost me. The mattress itself is fine. Delivery and customer service really need improvement though.
Warm but falls apart
Warm but falls apart
it kept me warm and looked good, but the inside literally disintegrated and warranty help was basically non-existent. I bought this jacket last winter for commuting and weekend hikes — at first it felt premium, fit well and did its job in wind and snow. After about 24 wears the thin plastic inner lining started coming apart while the outer shell and mesh were fine. I sent it in, paid roughly $20 to ship, thinking the lifetime warranty would cover a defect. Nope — they called it “wear and tear” and refused it. I did some digging and found similar complaints from other buyers, so it doesn’t feel like a one-off. Bottom line: it’s warm and attractive, but not built to last, and the warranty/service left me frustrated. I won’t buy another from them, though if you need a cheap-looking winter beater that performs short-term, it’ll do the job.
Nice clothes, terrible delivery
Nice clothes, terrible delivery
I actually like the stuff I ordered — fits well and I’ve been wearing it for quick errands and the odd work-from-home day. Problem is the shipping. I paid extra for next-day and the parcel took forever. They used a courier I've had hit-or-miss luck with before, and this time it was miss. I waited, called, waited some more, and got a voucher in the end. That voucher for a "next day" attempt feels a bit like a joke though. I’m glad the clothes themselves are solid, that’s the bright spot — I’ll probably shop again because the items work for my day-to-day, but I’m wary now. Service needs to improve. If you need something right away, don’t count on the paid fast option. Frustrating, but at least the product was worth it.
