Tight leather shoes
I bought some tight leather shoes, but they were way too small, so I sent them back. I received an email confirming they got the shoes back, but they still haven't refunded my money. It has been a long time, and I still don't have my cash. I'm really frustrated, like, come on, how difficult is it to give me my refund?! The email mentioned I would get my money back within a week, but it's been longer than that now. I've tried calling and emailing, but no one is responding. This is the worst customer service ever. I'm never purchasing from them again, they're terrible.
Expensive clothing
I recently treated myself to some expensive clothes and thought I'd have a good time, but it didn't turn out that way at all. The whole process of ordering was a disaster, the website kept crashing many times before I could finish buying. Finally, when I placed my order, I was surprised to find out that the items I wanted were actually out of stock, even though they showed as available when I put them in my cart. The customer service people were not sorry at all and weren't helpful, they didn't offer any solutions to fix the problem. In the end, I paid a lot for clothes that I didn't even get on time. It was a big disappointment, and I won't shop here again.
Failed online order
I ordered some really neat clothes online, but the order didn't go through. They took my money but I never received my stuff. I sent an email to customer service and they told me I would get a refund in 5 days. It's been 7 days and still nothing! Beth from customer service said the finance department needed to process it and I have to wait until October 4th. It's so irritating!
Low-quality clothing under Burton label
I bought some clothes from Burton the other day and man, was I disappointed! The quality was terrible and the fit was all wrong. Turns out, the brand got bought out by another company and now the products just aren't as good. Save yourself the headache and don't make the same mistake I did. It felt like I was just burning my money.

Online return issue
I had some problems with the online return process for a suit I ordered. Jenny was amazing and helped me out with everything. She was really hardworking, supportive, and didn't quit until the issue was resolved. It's not often you come across that level of professionalism in customer service nowadays. Thanks a lot, Jenny.
Missing order
Unfortunately, I still haven't got my order even though I was told to wait and then get in touch on a specific date. I did exactly what they asked, but now they're ignoring me when I try to sort it out and get my money back. It's really frustrating how they're not communicating or providing good customer service.
Suit - quality issue with trousers
I recently bought a three-piece suit that was on sale at Burton, and I have to say, I wasn't exactly happy with my experience. The jacket and waistcoat were great and fit nicely, but the pants were definitely messed up. I ordered my usual size, a 30L, but when I tried them on, they were way too short - they looked like capris! When I contacted customer service about it, they just kept saying the size was right and wouldn't admit that the pants were faulty. Dealing with customer service that wouldn't admit the obvious issue was really frustrating.
Clothing
The prices on this online store are pretty reasonable and match up with the quality of the products. I really like how they have a simple and free return policy because it makes me feel better when I shop online. The customer service is amazing, they're always there to help and sort out any problems right away.
Got stuff, had problems
I tried to order some sweet things online but every time I tried to add them to my cart, I kept getting an error message. I even have a special account with free delivery for a whole year! I emailed customer service and they just told me to clear my cookies and cache and try again. Seriously not cool, man.
Two pairs of jeans
I bought two pairs of jeans from your store in early March. I got the first pair on March 5th with next day delivery, but the second pair (from a different brand) arrived on March 7th. Sadly, when I tried them on, they weren't the right size and didn't look like the picture online. So, I followed the steps on your website to return them, even though the Returns FAQ was a bit confusing compared to other stores. Luckily, I was able to send back the pair that didn't fit properly soon after.
Faulty shoes
I just bought some shoes from this store, eh, but turns out they were faulty. Luckily, the customer service team was so quick and professional in fixing the issue. Majid and Cyrle were awesome - super patient and got things sorted in no time. They even processed a refund within 24 hours 'cause they didn't have any replacement shoes in stock. Just want to say thanks to the team at this store for their amazing service, eh.
Clothing returns
I’ve had a bunch of problems trying to return stuff to this company. First time I sent something back, I didn’t get all my money back. And now, when I returned a suit jacket, they only gave me back the money for a waistcoat instead. It’s really starting to annoy me, especially since Burton used to be so good. And to top it off, the whole refund process is taking forever - I’ve been waiting for 3 refunds to go through in a month.
Trousers ordered
I recently bought a pair of pants online, but I got the wrong ones in the mail. So I texted customer service, and Beth got back to me quickly and was super helpful. She said sorry for the mix-up and told me what they would do to fix it. I returned the wrong pants, and once they got proof I sent them back, Teresa made sure to send me the right ones right away. I even texted a pic of the receipt and used a return machine at Asda, which was so handy. The next day, I got the right pants. Overall, I've heard some bad stuff about their customer service, but based on my experience, I can't complain at all. Big thanks to Beth and Teresa for all their help!
Roll neck jumpers, next day delivery
Oh man, what a disaster. I decided to order a couple of roll neck jumpers, paid extra for next day delivery, thinking I'd have them in no time. Turns out, it was a nightmare. Eight long days went by, no package in sight. After many complaints, I was promised a refund for the delivery charge - but it never came. Fast forward to 15 days later, still no jumpers, no refund, and no response from customer service. And can you believe they said I should contact a 'specialist team' for a refund or reorder? What a joke. This company's unprofessionalism and incompetence is unbelievable. I even showed them evidence from the sorting depot saying my package was probably lost, but they didn't care. Disgusting.
My order got messed up twice
So, I tried ordering things from this place but everything is getting all messed up. UPS is having a hard time trying to figure out where to send my things because the address is all jumbled. And now my things got sent back to them. I'm still waiting to get my money back, not cool.
Recent online clothing purchase
I recently ordered some clothes online from this store, but the whole thing was a big letdown. So, first off, I shelled out extra for next-day delivery but the package didn't show up when it was supposed to. And just to add insult to injury, the delivery person straight up ignored my special instructions for where to leave it, so I had to go pick it up myself. Super annoying, especially since I needed those clothes for a special event. When I tried reaching out to customer service the old-fashioned way - like by email or phone - I got nowhere. They only offered help through social media like Twitter or Facebook, which I'm not into. Not being able to easily get in touch with customer service is a big letdown and it's soured my whole shopping experience. Sadly, because of all of this, I won't be buying from this store again.
Maternity coat purchase
So, I gotta tell ya, I was totally bummed out by this one piece of clothing I bought. The stitching in the inseam gave out on me real quick after only a few wears, and man, was that a letdown. But hey, shoutout to Mary, the customer service rep, she was awesome. Super friendly, on the ball, and didn’t waste any time fixing the problem for me. Props to her for turning a negative situation into a positive one. As for the coat, it would've been awesome if it didn't start falling apart so soon.
Ski jacket purchase
As a new customer, I had a really disappointing time with my recent purchase of a ski jacket. The discount code I used didn't work at the checkout, and when I contacted customer service for help, they weren't very helpful at all. I got bounced around to different departments before I finally got to the right people, who then told me they couldn't apply the discount retroactively. On top of that, my jacket was supposed to arrive in two business days, but it didn't show up even after five days. I didn't get any updates on my order status. What's the point of free shipping if my order doesn't arrive on time, right? Even though the jacket seemed like good quality for the price, I have to return it because it won't get here before my skiing trip. Overall, it was a pretty rough experience that could have been avoided if they just got the basics of customer service and delivery right.
Discount code issue
I recently had a frustrating experience with the discount code I got when signing up for the newsletter. The code didn't work, and I had to message customer service on Instagram for help. After talking with a few different reps, Ansa was finally able to assist me. She told me to place the order and said she would refund me the difference. But then I was shuffled around to a bunch of other reps who asked irrelevant questions and wanted screenshots of their own policies. It wasn't until I got fed up and expressed my frustration that Leanne stepped in, apologized, and quickly gave me the refund. I had to deal with a total of nine different people over two days, which definitely doesn't make for good customer service.
