Slow program start-up
The program takes forever to start up, which can be really frustrating. It would be great if they could work on fixing that in future updates. And not being able to sync foreign currency accounts or use the smartphone app on international devices is a big hassle. Those features are important for customers all around the world, so they should really look into fixing that as soon as they can.

Messenger bag repair
I got this awesome messenger bag that I take everywhere with me, seriously everywhere. It's been through all the ups and downs, adventures, and challenges with me. But after 4 years of constant use, it needed some repairs. I contacted them and they were on it right away! They replied quickly and assisted me with fixing my bag. It's like they knew exactly what I needed and took care of it right away. Incredible! Their customer service is top-notch, they are amazing!
