Financial management software
As a customer, I really like how all my accounts are in one place so I can easily see everything at once and keep track of my spending and money situation. I find it super helpful to be able to sort my expenses into categories to see where my money is going. I really love the Retirement Planning tool, it's been so great for helping me plan for my future. One thing I think would make it even better is if it showed a full summary of my cashflow and asset values for the whole year in the planning tool, instead of making me go through each year one by one.
Financial management software
As someone who's been using this financial management software for a long time, I can say it's super handy for staying on top of my money and easily downloading transactions. I've been relying on this program for over 20 years now, and it's been a huge help in keeping my financial records in check. But I've noticed that the price keeps going up year after year, leading me to think about checking out other options to take care of my finances.
Software functionality
After taking a break from using the software, I started using it again recently and I gotta say, I'm seriously impressed with how well it's been working. The interface smoothly grabs all my transactions, making it a breeze to tweak names and set rules. And let me tell you, being able to load transactions with the phone app ahead of time has been a huge time-saver. Honestly, this software is exactly what I've been looking for.
Tax assistance for 10+ years
Eh, as someone who's been using tax help for like over ten years, gotta say that being able to download financial info from different places has been a huge help, eh. Saves time and makes sure everything's right when it comes to taxes, eh. The updated download thing from my bank and investments has made things even easier and faster, eh. Overall, Quicken's been a solid tool for keeping my money and taxes in check, eh.
Complicated program
I've been using this program for a while now, and it's alright, but there's definitely a couple things that bug me. Like when I try to download a report to excel, it takes forever to clean up all the blank lines and dates - such a pain, you know? I wish it was just easier to use overall. And also, the cashflow report and category reports only show a total for all the months instead of breaking it down by month. It would be way better if it showed multiple months at once.
Slow program start-up
The program takes forever to start up, which can be really frustrating. It would be great if they could work on fixing that in future updates. And not being able to sync foreign currency accounts or use the smartphone app on international devices is a big hassle. Those features are important for customers all around the world, so they should really look into fixing that as soon as they can.
Online banking and financial tracking
I've been using online banking and financial tracking services for a while now. I do miss the good ol' days when I could just buy software once and be done with it. But I gotta say, being able to easily keep track of my bank accounts and reconcile them is totally worth the annual fee. It's become super important for me to stay on top of my finances in a smart way.
Financial management software
This software is amazing! It's super easy to use and after a day or two, you'll be using it like a pro. It's so easy to understand that you'll find all the answers to your questions about your spending and categories in no time. It gives you a simple and effective way to keep track of your money.
Accounting software for Mac
The accounting software for Mac isn't the most user-friendly, especially for folks used to Mac standards. But if you have some accounting experience, you can figure out how to navigate the tricky parts and still get your work done well.
Duplicate transaction, wrong account payments, difficulty accessing older file.
When I try to copy a transaction by right-clicking and choosing the payee, it would be great if the category could fill in automatically. I've also had problems with my Chase accounts, where payments are occasionally labeled as coming from the incorrect account. On top of that, I can't seem to access an old file with past transactions, even after asking for help several times.
Budgeting tool
I've been using this tool for like forever, man, over 30 years! I've always loved how it helps me keep track of my spending, so clear and easy to understand. But lately, the short positions reporting is all messed up and driving me crazy! I contacted customer service and yeah, they know about it, but there's no fix yet. It seems like they're more focused on adding new stuff instead of fixing what's already broken. Starting to wonder if this tool is even reliable anymore, you know?
Online bill payment
I used to always rely on online bill payment services for the convenience, but lately, it's been more of a hassle than a help. Ever since they changed their connection methods, the payments I enter just don't go through like they should. It's really annoying to see payments stuck in processing mode with no heads up that they didn't actually go through. This has caused me to miss payments and rack up late fees, forcing me to look for other options to avoid more hassles. The system's unreliability has made me lose confidence in its effectiveness, and now I dread using it for my bill payments.
Software purchase
Quicken is so sneaky with their auto-pay trick, eh! Last year, my software crashed because I forgot to pay my dues and they pulled a sneaky move on me, you know. I usually use junk credit cards for this kind of thing, but they got me this time. Not cool, Quicken!
