Slow program start-up
Slow program start-up
ReliabilityThe program takes forever to start up, which can be really frustrating. It would be great if they could work on fixing that in future updates. And not being able to sync foreign currency accounts or use the smartphone app on international devices is a big hassle. Those features are important for customers all around the world, so they should really look into fixing that as soon as they can.
Budgeting tool
Budgeting tool
ReliabilityI've been using this tool for like forever, man, over 30 years! I've always loved how it helps me keep track of my spending, so clear and easy to understand. But lately, the short positions reporting is all messed up and driving me crazy! I contacted customer service and yeah, they know about it, but there's no fix yet. It seems like they're more focused on adding new stuff instead of fixing what's already broken. Starting to wonder if this tool is even reliable anymore, you know?
Online bill payment
Online bill payment
ReliabilityI used to always rely on online bill payment services for the convenience, but lately, it's been more of a hassle than a help. Ever since they changed their connection methods, the payments I enter just don't go through like they should. It's really annoying to see payments stuck in processing mode with no heads up that they didn't actually go through. This has caused me to miss payments and rack up late fees, forcing me to look for other options to avoid more hassles. The system's unreliability has made me lose confidence in its effectiveness, and now I dread using it for my bill payments.
