App & PortalMy experience with the program was great, gave it 5 stars, but I had trouble resetting my password. Tried a bunch of times for two days, didn't get the email to confirm my new password. I really need to get into my account quick to update my credit card for my subscription. I need help fixing this issue right away. Thanks.
