Detailed product information

I recently bought 3 tops from this online store. Can't really say how good they are or how their service is yet, but I gotta say, the tops I got totally fit my style and are super cute. Great looking garments, cotton/linen, delivery timeline
I was so pumped to see all those fancy clothes on the website, I'm all about that cotton/linen vibe. I decided to take a chance and ordered a few things, praying they'd fit just right. But man, I gotta say, the delivery took way longer than I thought.
I bought some clothes that said they were linen but when I read the descriptions, they were polyester
Man, I was pumped to grab some awesome linen clothes, but then I checked the descriptions and found out they were actually made of polyester! I ain't feeling that slinky fabric, give me the real deal with linen and cotton. Shoot, I've even had to toss some clothes before 'cause the fabric was all off.
Unsatisfied with sizing on items, need to return
I'm pretty bummed about my recent purchase 'cause everything I got was way too big. I tried to return them by filling out the form online, but ran into some tech issues that stopped me from finishing. When I asked for help through chat, I got the wrong info about extra fees and couldn't get a refund for it. On top of that, the customer support number they gave me was wrong, which just made things worse. All in all, dealing with the return has been super annoying and not at all what I wanted.

I really like the cool clothes this online store has, but I'm not sure about how good the stuff actually is. The designs are awesome, but I like to touch and check out the fabric before I decide to buy something. I care about looking good and having good quality clothes. I complained to the person on the chat and they said they would remove the charge, but wanted my credit card info for a refundable fee, like no way! So sketchy and I've never seen this before.
