they offered 40% back to keep the shoes, which I refused because they were useless at that size. Then somehow they gave me 40% anyway, I wrote back saying no, they said they’d misunderstood and would send a return address, and after a few weeks of back-and-forth emails it went silent. Delivery to me was fine, but the return process and customer service are what matter — and they didn’t follow through. Used to like their stuff, but this was disappointing.
