I really hesitated before buying this — wanted something for my morning routine, coffee prep and quick breakfasts, but it arrived totally different. Still waiting on refund, so my doubts weren't wrong, unresolved, ugh.

I can kinda wear it at home if I don't move my arms much, but it's awkward. Returning seems like a headache so I'm stuck with it. Advice: size way up and expect delays, or save yourself the trouble, honestly.

Delivery to me was fine, but the return process and customer service are what matter — and they didn’t follow through. Used to like their stuff, but this was disappointing.

The return policy at this store is just ridiculous, eh? It's like they really don't want you to come back at all, you know? I mean, who wants to deal with all of that when all you want is your money back, right? We're not asking for the moon, just a simple and effective return system.

So, I bought this really cute shirt online. But when I tried it on, it was massive, like wearing a tent! I shouldn't have been so quick to order without checking the size properly. Now I have to go through the whole exchange hassle. It's a shame because the shirt looks great, I just wish it fit me better.
