Good deal — finally got what I wanted; checkout slow but okay overall.

I ordered some cute clothes because I thought there was free shipping, but then they still wanted to charge me for it even though I met the free shipping requirement. I complained to the person on the chat and they said they would remove the charge, but wanted my credit card info for a refundable fee, like no way! So sketchy and I've never seen this before. I didn't even end up ordering anything.

I thought the checkout process was smooth and fast. But, I really wish I could get a proper invoice instead of just the purchase details in the email confirmation. It would help me keep better track of what I've ordered and paid for. In general, I was happy with how checkout went, but there could be better documentation for customers.

I was trying to use some coupon codes while checking out, like 'New10' and 'SAVE10', but they didn't work for some reason. I was really looking forward to saving some money on my order, so I was a bit bummed out. Now I just have to wait and see if my wife likes the items, since they're meant to be gifts. Hopefully the store has a good return policy just in case.
