I got some really cute clothes for my birthday from this store. Even though it was Easter weekend, they responded super quickly and the customer service was so nice! I was really happy with what I got and I'll definitely be shopping here again.

I just bought a pair of size M leggings for my yoga sessions. They fit me perfectly - I'm 5ft 3 and weigh 11st. The design is awesome and the material is super soft and comfy. I was surprised when they arrived earlier than I thought. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely get more in the future. Hopefully, with all the good reviews, I won't need to return anything.

I really loved taking the online courses! Being able to work at my own speed and get certificates without having to pay monthly fees is amazing. The teachers are really great and the discussion boards make learning even better.

The trees I got from that place were okay, but the CBD stuff was a huge letdown. The quality just wasn't up to par, and the prices were way too steep for what you're getting. I was expecting better from a company that says they're all about quality and making customers happy. And to top it off, the website was a total disaster to use - it took me forever to find what I needed. Overall, pretty disappointing experience.

As a new customer, I had a really disappointing time with my recent purchase of a ski jacket. The discount code I used didn't work at the checkout, and when I contacted customer service for help, they weren't very helpful at all. I got bounced around to different departments before I finally got to the right people, who then told me they couldn't apply the discount retroactively. On top of that, my jacket was supposed to arrive in two business days, but it didn't show up even after five days. I didn't get any updates on my order status. What's the point of free shipping if my order doesn't arrive on time, right? Even though the jacket seemed like good quality for the price, I have to return it because it won't get here before my skiing trip. Overall, it was a pretty rough experience that could have been avoided if they just got the basics of customer service and delivery right.

Customer service at this place is amazing! They're so great, definitely a 5-star experience. I got a shade sail here, but it didn't fit my backyard. I was pretty disappointed, but then I chatted with Amy from customer service. She was incredibly nice and helpful. We had a few conversations and she made sure everything was taken care of. Now I'm happy with my buy and I'm really glad I chose this place. Thanks a lot, Nicetown!

I just ordered a pair of sneakers online and man, what a disappointment. The website said they'd be shipped out in 24 to 48 hours, but it actually took a whole two weeks before my order even left the warehouse. I emailed them to ask about the delay, and they said it would be sent out that day, but it ended up taking another week. To top it off, they changed the website wording twice to say there would be a longer delay after my enquiry. When I finally got the shoes, almost three weeks had gone by and they didn't even make it in time for the event I was planning to wear them to. The lack of communication and terrible customer service really left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be shopping from that store again, that's for sure.
