My family has this really old house with a cool front door that would cost us a fortune to replace. However, when we got these curtains, it made a huge difference! The street noise and lights are much quieter now, and our living room feels more snug. Plus, they look fantastic. They are really well-made and didn't break the bank. I couldn't have made them myself for this price and quality. Ordering these was such a great idea!

Hey, guess what? I finally got my curtains after waiting forever and they are a complete disaster! I'm so irritated about it. The customer service was zero help and the quality of the curtains is just awful. The fabric is super stiff and cheap, they don't even open properly. And get this, the 'blackout' part is literally just a huge piece of black felt! I can't believe how terrible they are. I wish I could show you some pictures.

And on top of that, the fabric itself was nothing like the samples they showed. The quality was not good, and the sewing was badly done. And to make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. They haven't been replying to my emails or picking up the phone. It's really frustrating and I still haven't gotten any help with fixing my order.
