Hey, guess what? I finally got my curtains after waiting forever and they are a complete disaster! I'm so irritated about it. The customer service was zero help and the quality of the curtains is just awful. The fabric is super stiff and cheap, they don't even open properly. And get this, the 'blackout' part is literally just a huge piece of black felt! I can't believe how terrible they are. I wish I could show you some pictures.
