Eleana from customer service is honestly the best, eh! I was stressing out after sending back my return and not hearing anything about it reaching the warehouse. So, I hopped on their live chat and in no time, Eleana got back to me and eased my worries by letting me know my refund was being processed. And wouldn't you know it, I got that confirmation email not long after. I also tried reaching out on Facebook messenger, but live chat was definitely the way to go. Seriously, if you're dealing with any issues, give the live chat a shot, eh!

Hey, so I bought something from this online store and had a little issue when trying to get my money back. I returned my parcel with the returns slip inside, thinking I'd get a refund right away.
