Pretty dresses
I picked up some really nice dresses from this store and most of them fit just right, but some ended up being too big. Had to send them back, but it was a pretty simple process. Just used the return label that came with the dresses and shipped them off. Did end up losing a little money on the return, which was kinda disappointing, but at least got some cash back. The folks in customer service were super friendly when I reached out about the return label. They responded quickly and were so helpful! The dresses arrived really quickly after I placed my order and I felt so classy trying them on. Excited to show them off this summer!
Quick refund resolution
Eleana from customer service is honestly the best, eh! I was stressing out after sending back my return and not hearing anything about it reaching the warehouse. So, I hopped on their live chat and in no time, Eleana got back to me and eased my worries by letting me know my refund was being processed. And wouldn't you know it, I got that confirmation email not long after. I also tried reaching out on Facebook messenger, but live chat was definitely the way to go. Seriously, if you're dealing with any issues, give the live chat a shot, eh!
Stunning dress
I just bought this amazing dress from this company and I am so thrilled with it. The dress came quickly and looked exactly like it did on the website. I was really impressed with how great the material was and it fit me perfectly. Plus, there are always awesome sales going on, so it's super affordable to shop here. I just bought something on this app for the first time, and I gotta say, it was super smooth and fun. The app was so easy to use, I found what I wanted right away. Clothes I got for my birthday
I got some really cute clothes for my birthday from this store. Even though it was Easter weekend, they responded super quickly and the customer service was so nice! I was really happy with what I got and I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Order issue with duplicate payments
I had a really frustrating time ordering from this company. I tried to buy something, but when I was paying, I got an error message saying my request had timed out. I checked my bank account and didn't see any payment or email, so I tried to order again. Turns out, I got charged twice and got two emails for the same item. Such a headache!
Refund Issue
I’m pretty bummed about my recent purchase from this store. I ordered something in February, but when I got it, I didn’t like it at all. So, I sent it back right away. They got it back no problem, but then they made me chase them down for my refund because they hadn’t processed it. It took them forever to give me back my money, and when they finally did through PayPal, it wasn’t even the full amount. I had to show them proof that they shortchanged me, which I did super quick. But even after that, they pretty much said tough luck and told me to deal with it on my own.
new clothes for my kid
My mom totally dropped the ball and forgot to update the address for my new clothes. I was so close to losing it and shedding a tear, but then Customer Service Joseph came to the rescue and sorted it out in no time. Big shoutout to Joseph for saving the day! Thanks a bunch, Joseph!!

I had such a good experience dealing with customer service the other day trying to get a refund. Joseph was super helpful and got everything sorted out quickly. He was so patient and made sure everything was taken care of. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated he was.
