Ordering from this online store
Hey, so I bought something from this online store and had a little issue when trying to get my money back. I returned my parcel with the returns slip inside, thinking I'd get a refund right away. Turns out, I actually had to ask for the refund through their TikTok shop, which wasn't very clear to me. I get that the customer service person was just doing what they were told, but I wish they had explained the refund process better. Lesson learned - gotta be careful when ordering from this store again.

Flexible scheduling of low cost airlines with guaranteed itinerary for a fee
They give you lots of options for scheduling flights with cheap airlines in Europe. If one of your flights gets cancelled, they make sure you get to your destination on time by offering other routes for free or at a low cost. I even had a window seat one time! I was happy with the service and choices they offered.

New shoes ordered online
So I bought these really cool shoes online and decided to pay for express shipping to get them faster. But then when I called to check on my order, the person on the phone said I didn't need to pay extra because I live close by. Like, why didn't they mention that when I was placing my order? Anyway, she said she would remove the extra charge, but guess what? It was still on my bill when my shoes arrived. I had to go back and they refused to refund me. Can you believe that? If I knew they were going to mess up like this, I would've just gone with regular shipping. There are so many other places to shop at. I'm never buying from them again. And to top it off, they don't even include a name in their emails, just "Customer Service". So rude, eh?

I signed up for this new service and had some trouble getting in. I tried contacting customer support for help, but they couldn't solve my problem. I wouldn't recommend subscribing to them since they couldn't deliver on what they promised.

Returned item due to incorrect shipping label
I did what they said and sent everything back like they told me to. But now it's been a while and I haven't heard anything or gotten my money back. So I called up the post office, and turns out the address on the label was wrong.

Toilet tablets, bathroom, hand soap, laundry & multi purpose tablets
I've tried out a bunch of tablets from the store and let me tell you, they are really great! I enjoy having them handy at home, especially the ones for the bathroom and hand soap. But sometimes they arrive broken or the squirter stops working after a bit. It's a hassle having to replace them or buy a new bottle. Despite that, I'm really pleased with all the products and would definitely suggest them to anyone.
