I bought a hoodie online
So, I was thinking it would be really awesome to order this hoodie online, you know? But man, it took forever to arrive. Then they were saying, "Your address is wrong," and I had to keep changing it over and over again. Plus, the shipping company only spoke French, and Quicksilver wasn't very helpful. I had to bug them so many times before they finally fixed it. Ugh, what a headache. My order number is #11096713.
Poor experience
I had a horrible experience trying to buy something from them. I've been a faithful customer for a while and joined their rewards program in person at a store. I've been attempting to place an order for over a month now. Since I'm a member, I should get free shipping or at least on orders over 99 euros. But every time I check out, the shipping fees still pop up in my cart, even the pricier express option. The customer service team just sends me automated responses days later and doesn't fix anything. It's really frustrating and disappointing. They seriously need to fix their website or get a new web manager. So long.
T-shirts, winter jacket
Don't bother wasting your money on these products, eh. I got two T-shirts and a winter jacket, and they all fell apart after just a year. The material is so cheap and gets wrecked easily, eh - holes everywhere. I loved the design, but the quality is just terrible, eh. Don't be disappointed like me, go check out other products, eh.
Overpriced wallet
I bought a wallet from this brand about six months back, thinking it was a good quality investment. But boy, was I wrong! The stitching started falling apart after only a few months of using it normally. So, I decided to contact customer service and guess what they told me? They said it wasn't a manufacturing defect and basically did nothing to help. Can you believe that? What a complete joke!
Online order returned, lost package
I returned something I bought online not too long ago, but turns out the package got lost during its trip across the border. It seems like the local postal service, Correos, passed it along to another company and then lost sight of it. Even though Correos said they delivered it, Quicksilver insists they didn't get it. And on top of that, the customer service folks at Quicksilver were no help at all. All they did was keep saying it wasn't their problem until they physically had the package in their hands.
Return shipment issues
I had a really frustrating experience with Quiksilver when I tried to return an item. I sent it back, but they said they never got it. The package was handed over to another company for an international shipment, which made tracking it impossible. Even though the postal service confirmed delivery to the other company, Quiksilver kept saying they never got it. Their customer service was not helpful at all, just giving me the same generic response that it wasn't their problem until they received the package. Finally, after two months, Quiksilver contacted me on their own, gave me a refund, and apologized for the trouble. It was definitely a bumpy ride, but I'm glad they sorted it out in the end.
Wetsuit with broken zipper after 6 months
I can't believe it, eh? This company sold me a wetsuit for 400 bucks and the zipper broke after only 2 months, then the whole suit ripped apart after 6 months. No way! When I contacted customer service, they said there was no warranty because I apparently "misused" it. Are you kidding me? I've been surfing for years and never had this issue before with any other wetsuit. This is just bad quality and lousy customer service.
Delayed Delivery
I had a terrible experience with this company. Their customer service is terrible, they never pick up the phone and their email responses are cold and not helpful at all. I bought something over a month ago and I still haven't gotten it. It was supposed to arrive on April 1st, but now it's April 18th - this is really frustrating.
Returned item due to incorrect shipping label
I did what they said and sent everything back like they told me to. But now it's been a while and I haven't heard anything or gotten my money back. So I called up the post office, and turns out the address on the label was wrong.
Returned items without refund
I had a pretty rough time with the customer service from that store recently. I returned some stuff, but I haven't heard anything about my refund yet. I've tried emailing and calling them a bunch of times, but I can't seem to get through to anyone. It's been super annoying not knowing what's going on with my return and not getting the money back that I should. It's really not cool.
Gift card issue
I'm really upset with the customer service at this store, eh. I had to wait over 2 months before they finally got back to me about reloading my gift card after I returned something. And when they did reply, it was short and not very helpful. They said I couldn't reload the gift card on my Quiksilver account. They basically took 30€ from me that I could have used however I wanted. It's just not right, eh. It's totally outrageous and not cool, eh.
Long preparation and shipping times, lack of customer service
My time at this store was a total letdown. The whole process of getting my order ready and shipped took forever, and the customer service was basically non-existent. I wouldn't suggest coming here if you're looking for quick service and good communication.
Rip-off return policy
The customer service is terrible. They never get back to you no matter how you try to contact them. And if you want to return something, they make you send it to another country and you have to pay for it yourself, which is totally unfair. It's a total rip off. I'm never shopping here again.
Swim shorts
I'm so frustrated with this company. They didn't even tell me they canceled part of my order, and they charged me for things I never got. They're ignoring all my attempts to contact them. It's not right for a business to treat customers like this. I'm going to make a complaint because I won't let them off the hook.

Eh, as someone who's done a fair bit of shopping online, I gotta say I'm not too pleased with my recent experiences with this company. I ordered a couple of gifts for my loved ones, but neither of them were shipped on time like they said they would be. Despite getting emails saying my orders were all good to go and on their way, I never got any tracking info. It was pretty clear that this company dropped the ball and let me down. I ended up feeling pretty let down and annoyed. It's really disappointing how this company didn't take responsibility and keep things transparent, especially since these gifts were for some pretty important occasions.
