Acrylic nail kit
Oh my goodness, I got this amazing acrylic nail kit from Naio Nails and it was so great! The colors were really pretty and they stayed on my nails for such a long time. It was super easy to use, even for someone like me who's just starting out. I also checked out some of their tutorials online and they were so helpful in teaching me how to create different designs. I felt like a professional nail artist! I'm so excited to purchase more products from them in the future!

Online order of clothing
I ordered some clothes online recently and I was really looking forward to it. But man, dealing with their customer service and delivery has been a huge letdown. I tried reaching out by phone and email a bunch of times, but I haven't heard squat about where my package is. The tracking info just says it's been chillin' in Miami for a whole dang week with no movement. This lack of communication and slow delivery is getting on my last nerve, especially now when we need stuff to arrive quick during the holidays. It sucks to see a company with such cute clothes drop the ball so hard on customer service and delivery. Honestly, based on my experience, I can't recommend them to anyone.

My earrings arrived
Oh my gosh, I just found this jewelry shop and got myself a pair of earrings yesterday! They arrived really quickly and were packaged so nicely. And oh my goodness, they are just beautiful!! The quality is top-notch, the design is flawless, and they look stunning on. I'm completely in love with them and now I'm tempted to buy more jewelry from this place!

Poor experience
I had a horrible experience trying to buy something from them. I've been a faithful customer for a while and joined their rewards program in person at a store. I've been attempting to place an order for over a month now. Since I'm a member, I should get free shipping or at least on orders over 99 euros. But every time I check out, the shipping fees still pop up in my cart, even the pricier express option. The customer service team just sends me automated responses days later and doesn't fix anything. It's really frustrating and disappointing. They seriously need to fix their website or get a new web manager. So long.

I recently reached out to customer service for some help and I gotta say, I was impressed with the support I got. The rep I talked to, who I won't mention by name, really knew their stuff and had that confident vibe. They quickly and effectively answered all my questions, even going the extra mile to make sure I was sorted out. It was a big change from my last irritating chat line experience. I really value the excellent customer service I got over the phone.

Clean ingredient products
I really like how this company uses clean ingredients in their products. It makes me feel good knowing that I'm using safe stuff. But, there are a few things they could work on like their website and auto shipments. I'd also love to see less plastic packaging. It would be awesome if they had a program to take back plastic packaging to reuse it and cut down on waste.

Two Casetify cases
I just bought a couple of cases from Casetify - I got the model impact case with MagSafe and the ultra bounce case with MagSafe. So far, I've been rocking the ultra bounce case and it's been awesome at keeping my phone safe. But my girlfriend tried out the other model and ran into a screen problem after a few months. When I reached out to Casetify's customer service, they didn't want to cover it under warranty at first. After some back and forth, they eventually agreed to send a replacement, no strings attached, which made me pretty happy.
