Acrylic nail kit
Oh my goodness, I got this amazing acrylic nail kit from Naio Nails and it was so great! The colors were really pretty and they stayed on my nails for such a long time. It was super easy to use, even for someone like me who's just starting out. I also checked out some of their tutorials online and they were so helpful in teaching me how to create different designs. I felt like a professional nail artist! I'm so excited to purchase more products from them in the future!

Nail drill bits
I bought some nail drill bits from this store and man, was I let down by the quality. The product description didn't mention that you can't sterilize the bits in an autoclave, so they got messed up. I've bought similar stuff from different stores before and never had a problem with heat sterilization. When I talked to customer service about it, they were not helpful and didn't own up to anything. They need to update the product description to let people know about this limitation.
