I just made a really big order from this one company, and let me tell you, when it arrived, I was so upset with how damaged everything was. Almost every item was wrecked, except for a few lucky ones that made it through. I decided to contact their customer service, and I was actually pretty surprised at how helpful they were. They got all my damaged items reordered and on their way to me within just a couple of hours. Even though it wasn't really the company's fault that the stuff got messed up in transit, they really went above and beyond to fix things. I'll definitely be giving them another shot.

Oh man, I ordered this Clay Mask for my rental property and it arrived in a Night Moisturizer jar, can you believe it?! But hey, the product was still good, just had the wrong label you know? I really like how this company uses clean ingredients in their products. It makes me feel good knowing that I'm using safe stuff. But, there are a few things they could work on like their website and auto shipments. I'd also love to see less plastic packaging. It would be awesome if they had a program to take back plastic packaging to reuse it and cut down on waste.
