I bought toothpaste and shampoo from this company not too long ago. The stuff I got was great, and I liked that they make an effort to be responsible with sourcing and packaging. But I was kinda bummed when my toothpaste showed up all messed up. Even so, the customer service was really good when I reached out about it. They fixed the problem fast and made sure it wouldn't happen again.

I recently got to work with this awesome customer service rep named Nikki at the store. She was super helpful and quick to assist me in getting a replacement stick for my Patrice Bergeron big head. Her service was top-notch and I really appreciated it. You don't often find such dedicated and caring customer service these days in the hustle and bustle, so it was a really nice surprise.

I just wanted to share my recent experience with buying some equipment. The staff were super helpful and the selection of products was really good. The prices were fair too. Ordering online was easy peasy and my stuff arrived quickly and in great shape. Overall, super happy with everything!
