Slippers for Christmas gift
I just bought a pair of slippers from your store for a Christmas present. Unfortunately, they ended up being too small, so I returned them to swap for a different size. But, I never got the exchange I asked for. Even though things didn't go as planned, I contacted customer service by email and had a chat with George. Gotta say, George was super helpful and understanding. He quickly processed my refund, even though it was 2 months after I bought the slippers originally. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and polite George was in dealing with my problem. Despite the bumpy start, I'm really impressed with the great customer service I got from George and will definitely think about shopping at your store again in the future.
Sunglasses purchase
Eh, lemme tell ya, these sunglasses are seriously top-notch when it comes to quality, fit, and style. I gotta say, they looked pretty dang good on me. But, you know what? My joy didn't last long 'cause when my order arrived, it was all banged up from the careless handling during shipping. But hey, gotta give props to their customer service team. After only 10 minutes of chatting with 'em, they already had a replacement headed my way. Now that's what I call some top-notch service! I'll definitely be comin' back to order from them again, no doubt about it.
Recent bobblehead purchases
The customer service at this place is amazing, eh! I was really impressed with how quickly they got back to me and how dedicated they were to giving me great service. The bobbleheads I got were top-notch quality, just like my other purchases from this store. I just bought three new bobbleheads and I'm always on the lookout for more to add to my collection. The craftsmanship is seriously outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. I'm a loyal and satisfied customer who will definitely keep buying more from this store, you know?
Professional merchandise
Let's face it, customer service can really make or break a company, eh? And let me tell ya, this place really knows how to keep their customers happy! The stuff I bought was high-quality and super professional. But what really blew me away was the customer service - they were right on the ball, keeping me updated on my return and even replaced my item with no fuss. Recent bobblehead purchase
I just bought a bobblehead from FOCO and ran into a quality problem with it. But I have to say, the customer service was top-notch. Julie helped me out right away and got a new bobblehead sent out to me quickly and smoothly. It's great to know that there are people like Julie who really care about fixing any problems customers might have. This experience has made me even more confident in FOCO, and I'll for sure be buying more of their stuff in the future.
faulty item
I bought something from FOCO not long ago and, darn it, it was defective when it got here. So, I got in touch with customer service and let me tell you, they got back to me super fast. This lady, Nikki, she really took care of me and handled everything like a pro. She dealt with the problem just a few hours after I emailed and gave me a fix that made me happy. Her top-notch service has me thinking about coming back as a customer again down the road.
LEGO set purchase
I just got a LEGO set from your store and had a problem with my order, so I had to cancel and re-order it. The customer service rep, Nikki, was super awesome the whole time. She answered all my questions and fixed my order quickly. Nikki didn't just help with cancelling and reordering, she even got me some missing pieces for my LEGO set. I don't usually leave reviews, but Nikki's amazing service and hard work deserves a shoutout. Thanks, Nikki, for all your help and for making my shopping experience great!

I recently made a purchase for a preorder item, and I gotta say, the team's communication was top-notch. They quickly responded to every email I sent, keeping me informed that my item was on preorder. George said he'd check into it and follow up, which was really nice. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they got back to me, and I'm super thankful for their great customer service. I'd definitely buy from them again.

Replacement stick for Patrice Bergeron big head
I recently got to work with this awesome customer service rep named Nikki at the store. She was super helpful and quick to assist me in getting a replacement stick for my Patrice Bergeron big head. Her service was top-notch and I really appreciated it. You don't often find such dedicated and caring customer service these days in the hustle and bustle, so it was a really nice surprise.
My new headphones
The person who helped me at the store was really nice and helped me find the perfect headphones. They answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, eh!
Purchased a sports jersey
I bought a sports jersey from this one store not too long ago, and gotta say, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. The material of the jersey was pretty cheap and it just didn't feel like it was worth the price I shelled out. Plus, the sizing was all wrong and it didn't even fit me right.
Missing brick pieces
I had a little problem with some missing bricks from a gift I got. So, I shot an email and got a quick response from this lady named Nikki. She really knew her stuff and helped me get the replacement parts super fast. What could've been a real pain turned out to be a great experience, all thanks to Nikki's awesome help.
