Travel mug replacement parts
I was so clumsy and dropped my travel mug, breaking the lid and straw. But the folks at customer service were super nice and helpful! I sent them an email without my order number, and they quickly found it and sent me a replacement within just 1 day. They even said some really kind things to me, so I'm letting all my friends know. FOCO is amazing!

I just wanted to share my experience with this awesome customer service I got when my MLB logo BRXLZ fell apart while I was moving. I couldn't find the instructions, so I decided to reach out for help. And guess what? They got back to me in less than a day! They sent me the instructions right away, making it super easy for me to put my logo back together. I bought something from this store recently and it came damaged. I emailed customer service about it, and I have to say, the response was really fast and helpful. I just bought a pair of slippers from your store for a Christmas present. Unfortunately, they ended up being too small, so I returned them to swap for a different size.
