Pre-order with long wait time
I've been shopping at this store for a while now, and I have to say the pre-order process can take a bit longer than I'd like. But let me tell you, it's totally worth it when you finally get your order. Whenever there's been an issue with my delivery, Bianca has been amazing at sorting it out. She always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is sorted. Her knowledge and skills in dealing with customer questions are really impressive.

Anti-graying hair product
At first I wasn't sure about this anti-gray hair product, but I decided to buy it anyway even though I was skeptical. When I used it, it seemed like a regular hair dye product and it even left stains in the sink. After just one use, my hair, which was 90% gray, turned a light brown color, even though my natural hair color is almost black. I'm not entirely convinced that it actually works to color the hair naturally. It doesn't make sense that such a groundbreaking product wouldn't already be available from big beauty companies with a lot of research and resources. Plus, I'm not sure what's even in it, so I ended up throwing it away.
