Helmet purchase
I just bought a helmet from this site, eh, and gotta say, the shipping was kinda meh. The helmet did show up on time, but the updates on the shipping were all over the place, eh, which made things a bit confusing. The free shipping they used wasn't the greatest, eh, 'cause it made it hard to know when it would arrive. But, gotta give props to their customer service, eh, they were quick to deal with any issues I had.

$329 coat
I bought this coat from the company for $329, and sadly, it started falling apart after only a few wears. The pockets were getting holes, feathers were coming out, and the threads were unraveling. Since it was still under warranty, I decided to return it for a new one. But when the box got back to the company, they said the coat was missing from the bag inside. They blamed the Postal Service, but I can't imagine the coat vanished by itself. Now I don't have a winter coat and I'm really frustrated with the company's lack of help.

I recently made a purchase for a preorder item, and I gotta say, the team's communication was top-notch. They quickly responded to every email I sent, keeping me informed that my item was on preorder. George said he'd check into it and follow up, which was really nice. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they got back to me, and I'm super thankful for their great customer service. I'd definitely buy from them again.

I had such an amazing time with The Really Good Whisky Company. Their variety of whiskies is seriously impressive, with so many options that are hard to come by elsewhere. I really loved joining in on the live online blind tastings with Alex, Shelley, and Vic - it was a fun and different way to discover new whiskies. The Advent calendar I bought has been a treat every year, full of exciting and interesting whiskies that I might not have tried otherwise. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchases from this company and would definitely suggest them to any whisky lover searching for something unique.
