So, I ordered this super cool jacket online and I was so pumped for it. But then I realized I put in the wrong shipping address! I was panicking because I thought I wouldn't get my hands on my jacket. Luckily, this amazing person came to the rescue. They updated the address for me and made sure my jacket would still be delivered to me. They were so kind and totally saved the day!

What a waste of money, eh? The ads hooked me in with their pillow density guide, making it sound like I could swap it no problem if I didn't like it. So, I ordered one of each density. But when I found out the pillow was too firm for me, I was told I couldn't exchange it for another density. Total false advertising! I sent an email venting my frustration, but all I got was an apology without a solution, eh.
