Luxury linen products
I gotta say, I had an amazing experience with the crew at this company. My fam has been loyal customers for a while now, and we've always been blown away by the top-notch quality of their fancy linen products. Recently, we went through a tough time with my mom passing unexpectedly. She was a big fan of this company's sheets and stuff. So, to celebrate both my mom and my daughter on Mother's Day, I decided to send some of their goodies as gifts. After filling out a survey about my purchase, the company not only sent their condolences but also wanted to honor my mom by giving me and my daughter something special. The kindness and generosity they showed us during this hard time was so touching, and we'll be forever thankful for their care and exceptional customer service.
Signature sheet set
I ordered the signature sheet set because I heard it was one of the best sateen sheet options. But I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. The sheets didn't live up to what I was expecting at all. Even though the top sheet and fitted sheet were a good size for my thick mattress, they're not soft and don't have that smooth sateen finish. And even after drying them on low heat like the company suggests, they still come out all wrinkled and not looking nice on my bed. I'm just not happy with this buy and won't be buying from this brand again.
Standard size percale pillowcases
I bought a couple of standard size percale pillowcases not too long ago and to be honest, I was pretty disappointed with the quality. At first, I was really looking forward to getting them because they seemed and felt amazing right out of the package. But once I washed and dried them like the instructions said, I was totally surprised to see that they came out of the dryer all wrinkled. I was hoping they would be soft and smooth, just like the percale pillowcases I remembered from my childhood, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. And the price I paid for them just made me even more disappointed because I don't think they're worth it.
Sheet purchase for detox
I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised when I read some negative reviews about this company because my own experience was actually really good. I bought some sheets to detox my sleeping environment and the quality of the product was top-notch. The sheets, pillows, and blankets were all fantastic and definitely improved my sleep. What really impressed me was the amazing customer service I received. I had some questions and the reps were super helpful and knowledgeable. They not only answered my questions, but also sent me a surprise gift which was really thoughtful and made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again in the future.

Tough pillows
What a waste of money, eh? The ads hooked me in with their pillow density guide, making it sound like I could swap it no problem if I didn't like it. So, I ordered one of each density. But when I found out the pillow was too firm for me, I was told I couldn't exchange it for another density. Total false advertising! I sent an email venting my frustration, but all I got was an apology without a solution, eh.
Sheet set purchase for Christmas gift
I bought a set of sheets as a Christmas present and I paid extra for fast shipping, which was supposed to arrive in one to two days. But after four days, the package still hadn't shown up, which really bugged me. I tried getting in touch with customer service through phone and email, but heard nothing back about where my order was. The lack of communication and late delivery has really turned me off from this company. I was really looking forward to getting a smooth and on-time delivery, especially since it was a Christmas gift, but that didn't happen unfortunately.
High quality sheets
I am so happy with the sheets I bought, they are top quality. They are so comfy and strong, way better than I expected. Ever since we got them, my husband and I have been sleeping like babies. These sheets are the best ones I have ever had.
New bedding set
I got a new bedding set and was kind of bummed when it came in a wet box without any protective packaging. I'm so happy with the sheets, towels, and blankets I got from this company. The sheets are super soft and comfy to sleep in, plus they wash really well. I also got a fancy duvet and cozy throw blanket that have really spruced up my bed. The towels are nice and absorbent too, perfect for my bathroom. I bought a king sheet set not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm pretty upset about the quality. Like, after just two years, the sheets got this huge tear and the fitted sheet even had a little rip. So, I reached out to customer service and they basically blamed me for it, saying it was probably from using a washing machine or harsh detergent. I was so surprised they didn't take responsibility and back up their product like they promised.

When I contacted customer service, they replied right away and were super helpful. They even sent me a new set the next day without me having to ask. I was really surprised and impressed by their excellent service. The sheets themselves are so luxurious, they are definitely the best I've ever had, eh.

Ripped sheet...no replacement
So, I bought this sheet and it was ripped, but the company wouldn't replace it. Like, seriously, what's the point of buying something if it's gonna rip and you can't get a new one? They didn't even give me a discount or anything, not like Brooklinen who offers a guarantee for 10 years. And then a year later, they're all like "oh maybe we can help you now", but nothing happened. Like, come on, just replace the dang sheet already!
Signature Hemmed Sheet Set
I recently purchased the Signature Hemmed Sheet Set from your company, but I was quite disappointed with the quality. Only after washing it twice, I already noticed a snag in the top sheet material, which seems like a flaw that could tear further. I was expecting top-notch quality for the price I paid, but sadly, that wasn't the case.

Hey there, I bought some sheets from your store not too long ago. Gotta say, they were really soft and comfy at first, but I was bummed when they ripped after only a few years. The fitted sheet especially wore out fast, and even though I tried to fix it, it ended up with a big hole. The flat sheet got a hole too. I paid a good amount for them, so I was hoping they would last longer. The sheets were super soft at first, but it's too bad they didn't hold up well over time.
Luxurious bedding set
I gotta say, my bedding set from there is just so luxurious! The quality is amazing and it's awesome to know that it's sustainable too. I never thought about how important it is to have good sheets until I found this brand. You can really feel the difference in comfort and how well you sleep. I definitely recommend it to everyone!
Quality decline in recent purchases
I've been using this company's stuff since 2019 and honestly, the quality has gone downhill. The sheets and duvet cover I got back in 2019 were amazing - super soft, smooth, and had a nice white/dune design. But now they don't make those ones anymore, which is a bummer. The newer sheets I bought were just decent, not as comfy as the old ones.

I bought a duvet cover and pillowcases from this company about a year ago. At first, I was pretty pleased with the quality of the items, but I did notice they creased easily. However, after just a year of use and washing them in cold water like they said, the color has faded a lot. I'm really bummed about this, especially considering how much I paid for them.
