I gotta say, I had an amazing experience with the crew at this company. My fam has been loyal customers for a while now, and we've always been blown away by the top-notch quality of their fancy linen products. Recently, we went through a tough time with my mom passing unexpectedly. She was a big fan of this company's sheets and stuff. So, to celebrate both my mom and my daughter on Mother's Day, I decided to send some of their goodies as gifts. After filling out a survey about my purchase, the company not only sent their condolences but also wanted to honor my mom by giving me and my daughter something special. The kindness and generosity they showed us during this hard time was so touching, and we'll be forever thankful for their care and exceptional customer service.

I bought a king sheet set not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm pretty upset about the quality. Like, after just two years, the sheets got this huge tear and the fitted sheet even had a little rip. So, I reached out to customer service and they basically blamed me for it, saying it was probably from using a washing machine or harsh detergent. I was so surprised they didn't take responsibility and back up their product like they promised.
