DeliveryI bought a set of sheets as a Christmas present and I paid extra for fast shipping, which was supposed to arrive in one to two days. But after four days, the package still hadn't shown up, which really bugged me. I tried getting in touch with customer service through phone and email, but heard nothing back about where my order was. The lack of communication and late delivery has really turned me off from this company. I was really looking forward to getting a smooth and on-time delivery, especially since it was a Christmas gift, but that didn't happen unfortunately.
