What a waste of money, eh? The ads hooked me in with their pillow density guide, making it sound like I could swap it no problem if I didn't like it. So, I ordered one of each density. But when I found out the pillow was too firm for me, I was told I couldn't exchange it for another density. Total false advertising! I sent an email venting my frustration, but all I got was an apology without a solution, eh.

I got a new bedding set and was kind of bummed when it came in a wet box without any protective packaging. But when I reached out to customer service, they fixed the problem right away and gave me a full refund. The person I talked to was really nice and sorted everything out quickly. Even though it started off rocky, I'm happy with how it all turned out and grateful for the awesome customer service.

So, I bought this sheet and it was ripped, but the company wouldn't replace it. Like, seriously, what's the point of buying something if it's gonna rip and you can't get a new one? They didn't even give me a discount or anything, not like Brooklinen who offers a guarantee for 10 years. And then a year later, they're all like "oh maybe we can help you now", but nothing happened. Like, come on, just replace the dang sheet already!
