I was really let down by the sheets I bought recently. I've had good sheets from this brand before, but this time they were really bad quality. They felt rough and started pilling after only two washes, which was not what I was hoping for. I wouldn't suggest these sheets to anyone. At first, customer service wasn't helpful, but they eventually agreed to replace the sheets. I'm hoping the new ones will be better than the first ones.
