Review about: Black Diamond
Head torch purchase
I got this head lamp from the company not too long ago and it ended up being not in working order. I reached out to customer service right away to try and sort it out. Even though the product came with a three-year warranty, all they offered was a 30% discount on a replacement. I was really let down by their lack of responsibility and not-so-great service. In the end, I had to go through a third party to get my money back, which was a big headache. I'd suggest staying away from this company to save yourself the trouble.

eyeglasses
My recent experience with the customer service at this eyewear company was pretty good overall. They have a great selection of products and the glasses I got were of good quality. Though, I did run into a small problem with the live chat on their site. Anne was nice and helpful, but the automatic messages during the chat were a bit too wordy and could be shorter. I'm thankful for the help I got, but it would have been better if the communication was more straight to the point.

Ogham Picture
My partner bought a ogham picture for me for Christmas and we received the incorrect name. He contacted the Irish store and the person who made the picture who I must say tried her hardest to ensure we got the correct picture sent out to us through the Irish Store. Both myself and my partner contacted the Irish store again to find out where my picture was which wasn’t cheap at £47 and was told it had been sent out and we would receive a tracking number. The picture, a tracking number or the picture have not arrived. I have emailed the Irish on my partners behalf and been ignored! I am very disappointed as the picture of my name in old Irish writing was a lovely thoughtful gift and so the one I have is totally useless. Thanks Irish store won’t use you again.

My annual photo yearbook
Chatbooks is the go-to for our family photo album. I've been adding extra blank pages to stick in all the neat things we come across during the year. The photo quality has gotten a lot better and I'm super excited about my 2023 book. Already thinking ahead to 2024!

Water bottle
I wasn't too happy with the water bottle I got from this company. It came with a scratch as soon as I opened it, and when I looked closer, it seemed like it had already been used. They really need to step up their quality control. But, to their credit, they were quick to give me a refund after I left a bad review.
