    Damaged ski goggles, poor service

    I recently bought a pair of ski goggles and used Klarna to pay later. When I went to get them at the store, I saw a scratch on them. The saleswoman saw it too and made a note. Since I paid with Klarna, I couldn't just leave them there. I had to wait for them to check my complaint through email. It took 3 weeks for them to say the scratch was valid. They said I could return them, but they didn't have the same ones anymore, only a different color for double the price. I suggested keeping them with a discount, but they said no. The service was really bad and they didn't try to help me at all. I'd recommend looking somewhere else for sports gear, either in person or online.

    Online shoe purchase

    I bought some shoes online from your website and used Klarna to pay. The order got canceled, and I got a confirmation about it. But Klarna keeps taking money from my account (which I quickly dispute) cause I ain't paying for something I didn't even get. I sent proof through email, but Klarna doesn't wanna cooperate. And I can't get a hold of Sprinter 'cause they're like ghosts or something.

    New shoes

    I'm really disappointed with my new shoes. I bought them two days ago and every day I get a new excuse. First, they said the address was wrong (seriously, all the mail people know my house, obviously). And now they're saying the delivery is delayed even though yesterday the delivery guy emailed me saying it would arrive today. It's just not cool, seriously. Not cool at all.

    Tried to order Merell shoes online

    I really wanted those awesome Merell shoes from that store, but I couldn't get them because my postal code wasn't working and I couldn't pay with my credit card. When I talked to the customer service lady, she basically blamed me for it. I sent them an email afterwards and they said they would notify the IT department, but I never heard back from them. I even sent a reminder, but still didn't get a clear answer. By the time they finally fixed the issue, the shoes I wanted were already sold out. And they had the nerve to say that if I wanted something else, I had to explain to them how to process my credit card payment. Talk about bad service, man.

    My experience with Sprinter Sports

    I tried to get in touch with Sprinter Sports, but they never got back to me, not even a response to my emails or calls. I used to work with them, but now, nothing! It's so annoying that they're so hard to reach - like for real, why run a business if you're not going to talk to your customers? I even thought about going to their main office, that's how much I need some answers!

    Nike shirt for Sinterklaas

    I just ordered a Nike shirt for my son for Sinterklaas, but I'm really disappointed with the service from this company. I was told there was a "store issue" that meant they couldn't deliver the shirt, even though I had already paid for it. They didn't hold up their end of the deal. I tried to get a refund, but they said it wasn't possible. I feel frustrated and like they didn't tell me the truth. I don't recommend buying from this company in the future.

    Two products, but only received one

    I bought two items from this company, eh, but I only got one, unfortunately. I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now to get the missing product, but they're not answering my emails anymore. It's really annoying to pay for something and not get it like they said. I might have to look into other options, like taking legal action. When you pay for something, you should actually get it, plain and simple.

    Shoes falling apart after 2 months

    My son's shoes started falling apart after only 2 months, so I called for help and was told to send an email. I decided to call again after seeing bad reviews and talked to Joerie. He was great! He was shocked I hadn't heard back yet. I asked for a refund instead of new shoes, and he made it happen. Big shout out to Joerie for sorting it out!

    I bought this really awesome phone case last week, eh, but I still haven't received it yet. It was supposed to be here by now, but there's no sign of it! I'm in Toronto and it's coming from Scarborough, so it shouldn't be taking this long, you know? If you're looking for fast delivery, this ain't the way to go, that's for sure!

    Lowe Alpine backpack and 2 jogging pants

    I had a really bad experience with Sprinter even though they advertised low prices. I wanted to buy a Lowe Alpine backpack and 2 jogging pants because they were much cheaper than other stores. I got an email saying my order was confirmed and then later that it was on its way. But after waiting 10 days, I still hadn't gotten anything or heard from Sprinter. My emails to customer service were ignored, and today I found out they had refunded my money without giving me any reason. This has happened to me before - I pay for stuff but never get it, and customer service doesn't help. I'm starting to think Sprinter offers prices they can't actually deliver on. I won't be shopping with them again.

    I just bought a smartphone from this store and I gotta say, the delivery service was completely awful. Apparently, my package got lost somewhere along the way and even after reaching out to them multiple times, they couldn't do anything about it or give me my money back. It's really disappointing how they handled the situation and I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    I bought a pair of shoes from this store and everything went smoothly. But then I got an email saying there was a system error and my order couldn't be delivered. After that, I didn't hear anything back. I sent an email but didn't get a response. I tried calling them, but even after a week, the issue was not fixed. The error kept happening. In the end, I had to cancel my order and get my money back. Because of the lack of communication, I'm giving this store 3 stars. I'll be shopping somewhere else next time.

    I bought my girlfriend a pair of running shoes as a present. The price was really good and they arrived earlier than I thought. Plus, I got two vouchers as a bonus! They even take PayPal for payment, so it's easy. Overall, the website is super reliable. I would definitely recommend it.

    I ordered something at the end of October and it's been almost a month now, but I still haven't gotten it. I've tried emailing and messaging several times, but I haven't heard anything back about where my order is. It's really frustrating that there's no communication or transparency.     So yeah, I had a pretty crappy experience with my order delivery recently. My package showed up a whole 15 days late without any heads up from the supplier or the courier. And get this, I only found out it was being delivered when it was already at my door. The customer service team and the courier, GLS, were seriously dropping the ball when it came to communication. It felt like they were just there to pick up the phone, not actually help out with any useful info or solutions.
