    App for daughter's learning

    My daughter really likes using the app for learning and playing, but sometimes there are some glitches in the Make Your Own Story part. It's not as fancy as some other apps, and the higher subscription price is a bit of a drawback.

    Poor customer service experience

    I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this store. I called and emailed them but couldn't get through to anyone. The phone number didn't even work, and the tracking code they gave me was wrong. This kind of customer service is just not okay, and it's made me feel really frustrated and let down.

    So, like, the other day, my account got hacked and someone took my cards and sold them without me even knowing! I was freaking out, so I contacted support for help, and they were amazing. They got back to me super quick, gave me the steps to secure my account, and even helped me get back some of my cards. I think having a "panic button" or hotline for emergencies like this would be a game-changer for users going through the same thing. Honestly, I was really impressed with how they supported me through such a stressful situation.

    So, I ordered some shoes online, eh? And let me tell ya, I was so disappointed with the service I got. Supposed to have them delivered to my place, but never showed up, bud. Tried talking to customer service, but they weren't much help, eh? And couldn't even track my order right. Total bummer, eh?

    Holiday order not delivered

    I ordered some stuff for the holidays back in October, with the expected delivery in December. But guess what? My order never showed up, even though they took my money right away. I tried calling their Call Center but it was never open, Live Chat was MIA, and my emails to Customer Service went unanswered. Finally, on December 21st, I managed to talk to someone on Live Chat only to find out that the things I ordered were actually out of stock. They asked me if I wanted a refund, which really ticked me off given the whole situation. And to top it off, they take forever to process refunds. It's just not cool that they take your money as soon as you order, then can't deliver the goods, and still want to hang onto your cash. If you're thinking of ordering a gift, be careful and make sure it gets there on time. Lots of people in online reviews have had the same issues with getting their stuff, keeping their money, and getting in touch with the company.

    Bravectos, multiple quantities

    At first, I was a bit worried because I saw some bad reviews about this company, but I thought I'd still give it a shot. I bought a bunch of Bravectos and I was actually pretty happy with how things turned out. Even though the stuff came all the way from the UK, everything was in good shape, had decent expiry dates, and was nicely sealed up. Plus, the prices were way better than what my own vet charges, so I saved a good chunk of cash. The only downside was that it took a while to get my order, about two weeks or so.

    I just bought an EBook from this online store and everything went pretty smoothly. But, I ran into a little glitch when I was paying and ended up paying more than I meant to. I sent an email to customer service, and they quickly refunded me the extra money without any fuss. Even though there was a small hiccup, I still had a good experience and the whole thing was sorted out without any big problems.

    I signed up for a trial of this really cool app, but even after I cancelled on time, I still got charged for it. Ugh, so annoying! I had to spend so much time talking to different agents just to try and get a refund, and even then, they only gave me some of my money back. It's just not right how they try and pull a fast one on people like that. But hey, at least one of the agents, Krishna, was really nice and helped me get the rest of my money back. It really seems like this company is kinda sketchy and sneaky with their rules to get money out of people. I really hope the employees there are okay having to deal with all that.
