K19 Purchase
I just bought something from this store, and I gotta say I wasn't too happy with how long it took to ship. I paid extra for a certain shipping method, but when I checked on my package, it wasn't sent that way. It ended up taking way longer than I thought to get my stuff, and I was pretty annoyed. But, when I called customer service to talk about it, the person I spoke to was really helpful and fixed the problem right away by giving me a refund for the shipping cost. Even though I was disappointed at first, I gotta give credit to the customer service rep for being honest and quick about fixing the mistake.
Level 3 special threat plates
I just bought the level 3 special threat plates and I gotta say, I'm really happy with them. They're super light and not bulky, which makes it easy to adjust on my gear. The curved shape fits nicely, but I wish there was a bit more curve near the neck area. I hope I never have to actually use these plates in a dangerous situation, but they seem sturdy and the coating is nice and even. The quick shipping and decent price are also a plus, especially since they're basically lightweight level 4 plates. I'd suggest these plates to anyone looking for good protection.

Body armor plates
I just bought some body armor plates from this shop. The prices were fair and the shipping was fast. The plates were pretty much what I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised to see they were double curve instead of single curve like I thought. This made them even more comfy. Lightweight and cost-effective body armor plates
The body armor plates are lighter than other plates that cost two or three times as much. They are multi-curve and fit well, providing good protection. However, I wish they were NIJ certified instead of just tested to a standard. Certification adds credibility, and I would feel more secure with that assurance. Nevertheless, based on the durability I've seen them go through, I would still trust my life with them.

I just got some really awesome plates and they are seriously amazing! I feel like a total warrior when I wear them. They're super comfy and feel like they could handle anything. On top of that, they arrived at my house crazy fast, like lightning speed fast! And the best part? They didn't cost me an arm and a leg, so now I can use my allowance for more cool stuff.

I bought those level 4 plates and I was so hyped to get them! But man, it felt like forever for them to ship. And when they finally arrived, they got swiped! I get it's not their fault, but when I tried reaching out, they never replied! I phoned them a bunch of times and it looked like they were avoiding my calls. Terrible customer service, seriously! I'm done shopping here, never again.
