Returns & RefundsI just bought something from this store, and I gotta say I wasn't too happy with how long it took to ship. I paid extra for a certain shipping method, but when I checked on my package, it wasn't sent that way. It ended up taking way longer than I thought to get my stuff, and I was pretty annoyed. But, when I called customer service to talk about it, the person I spoke to was really helpful and fixed the problem right away by giving me a refund for the shipping cost. Even though I was disappointed at first, I gotta give credit to the customer service rep for being honest and quick about fixing the mistake.
