Misleading advertising and poor customer service
I recently bought something from this company and honestly, it was a letdown. The item I got didn't match what they showed on social media, which really annoyed me. It got even worse when they didn't bother to respond to my customer service inquiries. I tried reaching out several times, but never got a call back or email. And when they finally did get back to me, it was just to tell me about their strict return policy that needed a tracking number right away. Plus, they only offered store credit, no refunds. Overall, dealing with this company was not great and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Order not received by promised date
I was so excited to get my order before Christmas because it was a special gift for someone. I thought it would come in 2 days, but I was bummed when it didn't. I sent a few emails asking about tracking, but got no reply. I was really let down by the lack of communication and follow-up from them.
Shirt and Mystery Shirt Deal
I wasn't too sure about ordering when I saw a few bad reviews, eh, but I ended up having a great experience! I got myself a shirt and took advantage of the mystery shirt deal for my boyfriend. The package arrived super quick, in less than a week, which was impressive, eh. The shirt I got was great quality and fit perfectly, exactly what I was looking for. The mystery shirt, though, was a specific design that I wasn't too keen on. I reached out to customer service to see if I could swap it out and pay the difference. To my surprise, they said they'd send me a new shirt without needing the original back, and only charged less than $6 for shipping. I really appreciated their help and thought their customer service was top-notch, eh.
Online order
I recently bought something online and it was a total disaster. I ordered on December 12th, 2020, spending $280, and got an email confirming my order. But after that, it's like they disappeared off the face of the earth. I tried calling and emailing their customer service multiple times, but got no response about where my order is or even a tracking number. These were Christmas gifts, and the way this company is handling things has really let me down. I won't be rushing to order from them again, that's for sure.
Board shorts purchase
I recently bought some board shorts from this store because they had a cool patriotic design. Unfortunately, the first pair didn't fit right, so I asked about exchanging them. The company said they would do an exchange, but I would have to pay for the return shipping. I agreed, but then the replacement pair had the same sizing problem. So, I asked for a refund instead. But they told me I would have to pay for the return shipping again and would only get store credit. I wasn't happy because I had already not liked two pairs of shorts from them. They should have been nicer about it, like giving me a prepaid return label and apologizing sincerely. I think they need to work on their customer service a lot.
Gas station shirt
Eh bud, I snagged this sick gas station shirt at the store and now it's my go-to outfit. It's so comfy and all my fellow gas station peeps are digging it too. The quality is top-notch and it even came with some sweet stickers that I stuck on my work counter. Everyone keeps asking where they can get the flag sticker, but I just point them to the other one. It's a whole vibe, ya know? The design inside where the tag is placed is wicked cool. I'd totally give it 5 stars, but I usually leave 4 stars for wiggle room. Honestly though, there's nothing to improve unless they wanna hook me up with more stickers. 😂
T-shirt purchase
I just bought a t-shirt from this store and honestly, I'm super impressed. The material is top-notch and the design on the shirt is really sharp and well done. I can tell it's gonna last a long time. I'll definitely be coming back to get more stuff because I'm so happy with this purchase. Plus, the delivery was really fast, which was a nice bonus. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for awesome, stylish clothes.
Tactical merch
I ordered some awesome tactical gear but it never showed up! Customer service is terrible, they just keep blaming USPS for losing my order. I mean, seriously, what am I supposed to do now? All I want is my stuff or my money back! It's so frustrating!
Board shorts and tanks
My experience with TPS has been pretty disappointing, ya know? The first time I ordered two board shorts, but one of them wasn't even what I had asked for. Then, I was gearing up for a cruise and bought some tanks from them. I got an email saying my order was good to go, but after waiting 5 weeks, I never got my tanks or my money back. The lack of communication and follow-through from TPS was super frustrating and inconvenient.
Unreliable, customer service, delayed shipment
As a customer, my experience with this company was super disappointing. I ordered a few things at the end of June and they said it would ship right away. But when I got an email saying my stuff was sent, there was no tracking number. That seemed sketchy, so I asked about my order. Turns out, they hadn't even sent it and some things were out of stock. It was annoying and made me wonder if I can trust their service.
T-shirts
I ordered some really cool t-shirts, eh? But you know what? They never showed up! They took my money and kept saying they sent them out, but guess what? No shirts! I was planning on giving them to my friend as a birthday gift, and now I had to pick something else last minute. Seriously disappointing, eh?

I don't even wanna give them a star, eh... I ordered a shirt and a pair of sweatpants, and they took my money right away, eh. It's been 10 days, and still haven't heard anything about when my order will get here, eh. All it says is that the order has been placed, eh. I'm so annoyed, and wouldn't recommend them, eh. I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering, eh.
Thick material sweatshirts
My partner and I just bought two sweatshirts from this shop and we are so happy with them! The fabric is nice and thick, keeping us cozy on cold days, and the sizes fit us perfectly - I take a large and my partner takes an X-large. The sweatshirts are really well-made and we're already thinking about getting more soon. We're super pleased with our purchase and would definitely suggest this store to anyone in search of top-notch clothing.
