I didn't know electric bikes could have two motors until my boyfriend showed me this one. I was intrigued and decided to give it a go. Even though it's a bit heavier, two people can easily fold it up and put it away, which makes it great for carrying and storing.

Cameo purchase issue
I bought a bunch of stuff from this site not too long ago, but ran into some issues. All my requests ended up expired or canceled, even though they said I wouldn't be charged if I didn't get the items. But guess what? Charges still showed up on my bank statement. And instead of giving me a refund like I asked, they just put credits in my account. On top of that, the website said to request refunds through a different platform, but that didn't work for me - Apple denied my requests. Now I'm hoping the company can just give me a manual refund like they're supposed to.

Unexpected Fees
My experience with this company was an absolute nightmare, eh. I booked with them, thinking I was scoring a sweet deal, only to end up getting slammed with surprise fees that tacked on an extra $120 to the hotel price. When I reached out to customer service to try and sort things out, they were no help at all, offering to cancel my reservation but not willing to give me my money back, eh. It was beyond frustrating and such a letdown, so you best believe I'll never be using their service again, that's for sure.

Good user interface
I really dig the user interface! The iOS app is wicked cool and so easy to navigate. Honestly, I find the app works loads better than the browser extension. I'm not a fan of using the browser extension on Safari, it's just too frustrating so I usually just end up turning it off and resorting to copy/paste instead.

I recently changed my dog's prescription over to this online pet pharmacy from another one. The previous pharmacy just went ahead and cancelled my order without even letting me know, and they couldn't manage to get the prescription from my clinic despite me calling them several times. Their system wouldn't even update the clinic information, which was really annoying.

I recently bought some board shorts from this store because they had a cool patriotic design. Unfortunately, the first pair didn't fit right, so I asked about exchanging them. The company said they would do an exchange, but I would have to pay for the return shipping. I agreed, but then the replacement pair had the same sizing problem. So, I asked for a refund instead. But they told me I would have to pay for the return shipping again and would only get store credit. I wasn't happy because I had already not liked two pairs of shorts from them. They should have been nicer about it, like giving me a prepaid return label and apologizing sincerely. I think they need to work on their customer service a lot.
