Freeware to subscription notice
I've been using Keeper Security for over eight years now, just the free version for my personal stuff. But recently, I got a message saying I had to switch to a paid subscription in just six days or I'd lose access to my accounts. That came outta nowhere and it's really frustrating. I've been a loyal user all this time, helping them grow, and now I feel like they don't appreciate that. They didn't even give us a heads up about this change. It's not cool how they're handling this. I've never needed help before 'cause the free version worked fine for me, but now it feels like they're forcing me into a paid plan.
My recent software purchase
I just picked up this software to help me keep my passwords safe and my accounts secure. But, dang, it's been kind of a pain to use! It keeps telling me my password is wrong when it's not, and that's messing things up for me. I was hoping it would just quietly work its magic in the background, but it's falling short in that department.
Password manager application review
I've been using the password manager app for a few years on my Mac and iPhone. The way it syncs changes between both devices right away is so handy and saves me a lot of time. I just switched from Lastpass to a new password manager because of the security incident. I did a lot of research and chose Keeper. I've been using this password manager for some time now, and honestly, I'm pretty let down by how it's been going. The browser plugins are not great at all, so I had to turn them all off. The mobile app is awkward to use, always making wrong guesses and having slow network connections. On top of that, they never seem to fix the bugs, like the desktop app randomly popping up. If it wasn't for my company's rules, I would have totally switched to 1password, which is way better and easier to use.

I've been a customer for a while now, and I've given feedback to the company about needing better login options like authenticator apps or two-factor authentication. But every time I bring it up, I just get a generic response saying they'll tell the tech team. It's pretty frustrating that my concerns keep getting ignored, and it makes me think they're not taking security seriously. Some of us aren't comfortable putting our biometric data online, so having no other login options makes the whole service seem behind the times. Easy security solution
Remembering passwords is the worst, eh? Especially as I get older, it's such a pain. But ever since I started using this program (name), my life has been way easier. I can sign in to all my accounts without having to remember a million passwords. That being said, I do think some of the extra features that need extra payment should just be included in the upfront cost.
App functionality
The app has a lot of potential but it's annoying to use in some important ways. First off, when you're looking for a file, you have to give the exact info or the search engine won't help you out. It won't give you any suggestions or other options, so the search ends up taking forever. Also, those pop-up bubbles that ask if you want to save something disappear way too fast, so you end up missing chances to keep your data safe. On top of that, sometimes Keeper doesn't link to the sites I need, even though I've already saved the login info. It's confusing and makes things more complicated than they need to be, so the whole experience isn't so great. Plus, you need to really learn how to use the software to get the hang of it, which might put off new users from using all its cool features.
Good user interface
I really dig the user interface! The iOS app is wicked cool and so easy to navigate. Honestly, I find the app works loads better than the browser extension. I'm not a fan of using the browser extension on Safari, it's just too frustrating so I usually just end up turning it off and resorting to copy/paste instead.

I've been using a password manager for a few years now, at home and at work. It's super handy to have all my secure info accessible on all my devices. One of my favorite things is being able to easily share my Keeper entries with my family and friends. It just gives me extra peace of mind knowing they have that extra layer of security too. The password manager I bought is pretty easy to figure out and use. I like that I can get into it on different devices without always having to type in a password, thanks to stuff like thumbprint or face recognition. But one problem I came across is that I used my email as my username when I set it up. Now I want to switch to a different email as my username, but I can't seem to change it. I'd feel better if I could cut ties with my old email for safety reasons.

The process of deleting my account was so annoying, I hit a roadblock that made me sign up for an expensive subscription. The Breach Watch was kind of disappointing since it just repeated things I already knew about my easy passwords. And the payment section is puzzling cause they don't explain what you're paying for in your account.
